The staff was a mixture of amazing and inattentive. The chefs and waiters they go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of and relaxed. But the first night we arrived we were waiting on services we had asked for night 1, 2 etc and we didn't receive the services until the day before we left. I feel the staff have good hearts but they are forgetful. During check in we didn't receive a map and we had to figure a lot of things on our own.

I loved that everything was super clean and all the food was super delicious. the variety of food to choose from was awesome. The restaurants were 5 star restaurants, so elegant and the dining experience was fabulous. My family and I will definitely be back.

We truly loved out stay, exept for the awful smell outside building 26 on Ventus. Other than that the small didn't seem to be anywere else. Either that or I got used to it after a while of being outside. If your think it the beach, then this is not the resort for you. If you don't mind getting and uber ($3) and going to the public beach, you are all set. We enjoyed touring to Boka de Puma Cenotes and snorkeling. The actual hotel, people and food minus the awful scent will get 5 stars from me. Every food I tried for dinner was delicious!

Resort is very beautiful and clean with multiple pools. Room was good. We spent 5 nights with family of 4 and enjoyed every moment. Food was really good specially dinner reservations. We didn’t have problem getting reservation as other people complained but we also went end of May which wasn’t very busy season. The beach was not swimmable due to sea weed but we were aware of that. It was nice that we could use all 3 resorts. Will certainly come back.

The staff was great, and there were a variety of food office. The grounds were beautiful, unfortunately, the sea was overall by algea and seaweed, which the hotel tried hard to get rid of.

The property was great! The only downfall to the property apparently at this time of the year is that the buildup of seaweed on the beach was a lot. Very smelly… But overall, the property is amazing! They go out of their way, the food is amazing! I definitely would return again.

We enjoyed our experience at this resort. The only things were the beach is not pretty at all. They definitely tried to keep it clear of sargassum. This is the first time I have ever seen this stuff at a resort. So that was a bummer. And lack of things to do during the day. But if you are just there for the pool beautiful landscaping good food and to relax, a great place. Very very friendly people.

Pros: This recent trip to Cancun was my families 6th time visiting. We loved staying at the Ventus property, the hotel and surrounding resorts are amazing. The food is the best resort food we have ever had, drinks were okay. Service at ALL the restaurants was superb, we have a positive experience everywhere we went. We especially liked having access to all 3 resorts on the property. The options for activities and entertainment were great for the whole family. My young daughter and nephew loved going to the kids club, they had top notch care and activities. Rox, Claudia, Mar and Nikki did a great job with organizing and keeping things really fun. We will definitely consider going back to the Ventus properties, we loved our stay. Cons: The beach was disappointing, we were unable to swim. The positive is that the Puerto Morelos town is about a 4 minutes away in an uber and the beach there is stunning. We spent a day there and it made up for the lack of beach at Ventus. Keep up the great work, and thank you for our wonderful experience.
