We loved staying at this resort! The staff was amazing — special shout out to Angel, Roger, Edwin, Erik, Fernando, Caesar, and Enrique who really made our experience special. I was tricked into an excursion only to find out it was a sales pitch. Wasted half of my birthday on that. The coupons are not actual coupons because you can’t use them , the restrictions are a lot. Amenities were good but Food was basic. Will not be back
