Food and beverage quality has definitely gone down from previous levels. The food is now standard/mediocre and the drinks are not top-shelf. In addition, all fruit juices are minute-maid quality as well as the sliced fruits are mostly tasteless. Definitely a noticeable downgrade from previous visits.

The staff and service were excellent but the check-in process was very disappointing. The ongoing renovations required a change in venue for check-in. However, they need to increase the staff to accommodate all guests checking in to reduce the extensive wait.

We had a great time at this resort overall! The entertainment staff and waiters were amazing and so friendly and fun! Unfortunately, our first day there our friends had two Apple Watches stolen by housekeeping from their locked room while we were at dinner. They left them charging on the counter. They tracked them with their phones 22 miles away in a residential area north of the airport. An incident report was filed with the resort, but they didn’t seem too surprised or apologetic. Our friends will be the first to admit that they shouldn’t have left them out, but it was unfortunate situation that ruined our first days there. Besides the $800 loss of watches by the dishonest housekeeping staff, the rest of the resort was great.

Dear guest,Thank for taking the time to bring this situation to our atención; we regret to learn the level of service and your perception about our Security protocols ended that way. I regarding you lost items, please be certain that the investigation process has concluded, our security protocols verified the Lost & Found Department and state CCTVA, unfortunately, the records from the door lock of the room you were staying at, recorded no one than yourselves entering to the room. Nevertheless, our House-keeping colleague, was interviewed by the Security Manager alongside their Union workers, bringing no suspicious activity was results; additional to this, it’s important to mention that part of the resort’s Security protocols, there is a security check-point and metal detectors at the staff only entrance, which is mandatory to pass through while arriving or leaving the resort, every personal items or belongings as well as bags are inspected by Security agents on a daily basis before the team members enter and leave the property. This is done to ensure that the employees do not take out items that were not brought in with them. We genuinely hope you can grant us the opportunity to welcome you back again and showcase our Dalit improve ta and innovations.Sincerely,Guest Care Realations

Loved the Vibe of the whole resort! Upbeat and so much Fun and Music!!! The staff were absolutely Amazing! Hardworking, helpful and smiling and friendly. Food was delicious in every way. The Spa was over the top Excellent! I am a Massage Therapist in the USA and this is an impressive spa. Hydrotherapy was so wonderful and my Massage by Addy was The perfect pressure!! I wish the beach had less seaweed and I wish the ocean was the Caribbean blue like in downtown Cancun!! We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday and this was the perfect spot for our group of 8. Thank you all ! I can not wait to return!
