Dear guest,Thank for taking the time to bring this situation to our atención; we regret to learn the level of service and your perception about our Security protocols ended that way. I regarding you lost items, please be certain that the investigation process has concluded, our security protocols verified the Lost & Found Department and state CCTVA, unfortunately, the records from the door lock of the room you were staying at, recorded no one than yourselves entering to the room. Nevertheless, our House-keeping colleague, was interviewed by the Security Manager alongside their Union workers, bringing no suspicious activity was results; additional to this, it’s important to mention that part of the resort’s Security protocols, there is a security check-point and metal detectors at the staff only entrance, which is mandatory to pass through while arriving or leaving the resort, every personal items or belongings as well as bags are inspected by Security agents on a daily basis before the team members enter and leave the property. This is done to ensure that the employees do not take out items that were not brought in with them.
