Amazing resort! Plenty of dining options. The staff were all more than friendly. Angel with the activities team was great! So fun and friendly. Charley Boy, the bartender on the beach was so attentive and always knew just what to bring us. There were so many others that made our experience awesome. There was always something to do during the day and entertainment at night. No reason for anyone to be bored here. We can’t wait to start planning our next trip here.

This resort was very average. The best thing in the entire resort was the French restaurant . I wouldn’t return because there are other resorts within the same price range that can impress me. It was comfortable, safe, and a good time.

Eric Ivan angel were amazing Alejandro and his buddy’s at the BAR WITH HIM WERE ALSO AMAZING!!!!! The bar by the pool table The food could of been better other then that it was a great experience And steak house closed on Sunday was upsetting to us because we missed out Pretty much all around great experience the spa was also great

we’ve just returned from a group trip, I can happily say — we had no complaints! We had visited this resort about 7 years ago when it was still just one resort. I didn’t realize Secrets had taken over the original Exhale area when I booked with Exhale again. Maybe Secrets could be considered the “nicer” option, but honestly, I was more than happy with what we had. The Exhale Lounge staff were great — they helped us book hydrotherapy right when we checked in, which was smart because spots were already filling up for the day we wanted. We used the Exhale pool once but mostly stayed with our group throughout the resort. We had an Exhale ocean view room, which I thought was perfect since we weren’t really in our room much to need a better view. The bed was comfortable. The shower is probably a favorite. The beach was as expected and had a bit more to be desired if you are a beach person, but previous posts and having been here before it is what it is. The resort does a great job maintaining it as much as they can. Breakfast at Bites was really good, but we also enjoyed eating in our room using the in-app room service and grabbing light breakfast bites from the lounge. Lunch was mostly pizza by the beach (always a win), mixed with snacks from the Exhale Lounge throughout the day. And Bingo with Eric by the beach while we ate was a good time! Amazing resort, we enjoyed every minute of it. The pools are nice, rooms are super clean, and the staff is super friendly. This resort is ideal if you want to sit back and relax. Some of the days it was hard to find loungers, other than that everything was perfect.

The whole experience was a 5 out of 10, maybe a 6. The food was about a 3. Room-wise, it looked like an 8 but functioned more like a 4. Every day I woke up sliding like someone misted the entire floor was soaked. Even without taking a shower or opening the doors, the condensation had the floor constantly wet — literally sweating at all times of the day or night. I was honestly hoping I’d fall so I could sue. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent — from the moment you walked in, everyone was friendly, from “hola” to “gracias.” I’ll give them that. Actually, thinking back, I take it back — saying it was a 6 is a stretch. It was probably a solid 5

The property overall was pretty. The pool was the highlight for me. The activities were on point. Most of the staff were very pleasant. The hotel did not do some of the things we corresponded about prior to my arrival like my birthday banner which everything was an up charge when I got there. My mini fridge did not stay stocked. Though there were many Restaraunt options, The food was just mediocre. The path to the nook was not well lit and there were so many raccoons at night trying to get into the nook.
