I highly advise against staying at this hotel, as they engage in false advertising regarding complementary airport shuttle services. The room I booked was not ready upon arrival, which was particularly disappointing given that I had informed the hotel about my birthday celebration at the time of booking. Furthermore, the hotel staff's welcoming demeanor was subpar, and the mini-bar was not stocked. The valet staff, operated by Prime Travelers, a third-party company, were unacceptably rude, and I believe it is crucial for them to maintain excellent hospitality standards for all guests. On a positive note, the bellman, Aaron, and employee Georgina, provided exceptional service and ensured that my birthday celebration was a success. The restaurant staff also delivered outstanding service. I am sharing this review to inform potential guests and hope that the hotel will take necessary steps to coach their staff and provide a more pleasant experience for visitors.

Renovations taking place were loud and distracting. Our niece’s wedding ceremony had loud drillers right during her vows very disrespectful. Every morning they started drilling right next to our room and don’t stop all day.

The advertisement for the hotel was very misleading; the pools closes at 7pm at an all adult resort; you cannot occupy your private swimming pool after 7pm which is a waste of money. There are raccoons running around the resort which made me feel unsafe. Also customer service sucks! They don’t answer the phone. The front desk is not helpful. Overall experience was a 3 out of 10.

We had a great stay! The buffet was amazing, great choice in food options for everyone. The people were kind!! The spa treatments are very expensive and so is add ons at dinners! Not worth the money! However over all we had a blast and the swim out pool was awesome. The beach was nasty with seaweed so we didn’t get to enjoy that and the pools shut down at 7pm.

Its a beautiful property. If i wasnt there for a wedding, it would be diffucult to book the restaurants for dinner. I wish they had more entertainment during the day. I caught fitness in the pool and a couple games by the pool, but it was not very engaging. There was no free activities to do, so after a couple days of eating and drinks I felt bored. Unfortunately, the beach was unusable due to the massive amount of seaweed, which is not the resorts fault, but figured I would mention it. As a whole this resort is beautiful, the food was okay (the buffet was the best place to eat), the big show in the evening was fun but no entertainment during the day so it can get boring. The kids section waterslides were fun :) The resort is close to Cancun airport.

I'd just like to point out some of the people who really made our holiday great, - Ceser, Leo & Victor - Hideaway - Dave & Cornelio - Dorado - Aaron - DC pool team - Pedro - Ocean Point Restaurant - Cesar, Gabriel and Sergio - Caribbean Grill - Adelina & Kevin - Scoops The service across the site was generally excellent and whilst the hotel is in need some of general renovations (which are scheduled) I fully recommend this property if you are visiting Cancun.

The rooms were air conditioned but every where else was hot, hallways, restaurant, elevators etc. Racoons came our at night and the food was not good, everything needed salt

There’s a variety of food that they have. The bed is comfortable for a hotel and you get Internet access.

It was ok.. I feel like the value was ok, but it’s 30 Min from downtown and the Food is ok, but it’s all inclusive… I know it’s suppose for to be remodeled in 6 weeks… Gym was the nice and the pools were cool… It’s definitely more for families..

Did not get room requested. No liquor bar in the room as described. One elevator available other elevator not functioning. Refrigerator didn’t work. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub both dirty and rusty

The Hideaway was clean and there were many dinning options on the other properties it’s connected to. There were many things to do on the property everyday. The Hideaway is adults only but there’s not much to do or eat at the Hideawayy property, which makes you have to go to the other properties for dining or entertainment. The other properties are family properties so you will see and be around kids each day. If you’re looking for an all inclusive adult only resort well this is not the best option for you.
