"You gave a $300 room credit. We were used to the $300 room credit.And when we registered , they didn't tell us it was a coupon book and then give us the coupon book. The bar staff was great, we had problems with our room, the ceiling was following in the shower and leaking sewer water , regular water, call for repair 3 times that came in and mudded. But they didn't fix the water leak or sewage leaked and I kept leaking in the mud kept dropping out of the ceiling again and again. They finally moved us to another room and upgraded us to a ocean front, which was nice. But when we got into the room, the TV was on couldn't control it. If only had to come in and replace the TV controller. There was no trash cans in the room. And only one chair on the deck. Of course , it took almost the whole evening to move from one room to the other so I lost a whole evening of entertainment with my family. When we tried to schedule reservations at restaurants 9 people , there unable to accommodate."
