"Perfect family vacation spot"
A gorgeous setting with a perfect stretch of white beach with translucent temperate water - fish! Iguanas! Birds! Well especially iguanas who have their own "temple" near our room in the 5000s and our hammock - perfect after a long day snorkeling, swimming and sunning. Staff especially jahnni and really everyone took exceptional care of all our needs - booking excursions and restaurants and making our stay memorable - the food was delicious as well- highly recommend!

"Great experience for the money"
The hotel staff is wonderful; very helpful. The grounds are very nice and never felt crowded even though all rooms were filled. Food and setting at the main restaurants was wonderful, though the buffet could use a little work at lunch and dinner.

"Nice but consider a few things"
When I booked our vacation I went for the $20 cheaper per night room...BAD IDEA! Upon check in it was on the top floor of the older portion of the hotel which I was told was being renovated. Our room door was open and unlocked upon arrival and it had an overall feeling of unpleasant and uncomfortable. Before dinner I asked if there were any other rooms available. I am a creature of comfort and for $225 for the week we moved to the new building on the top floor with an ocean view. Well worth the extra money! The beach, pool and overall service at the resort was nice. While I understand catering for an uncertain amount of guests can be difficult we saw a lot of the same food recycled in the buffet restaurant. It became tiring and even the room service menu was based on what they served for lunch. They say they have 5 restaurants but there are only 2 and it is based on where they move it (location). The "nice" restaurant requires a dress code and getting a 10 yro to wear pants and closed shoes when its hot and humid doesn't work. We got burned out fast on the food. The resort staff were great! The transportationh kiosk group I used was unimpressive, the gentleman that was my contact was a bit terse because I didn't check in right away to "buy" excursions and got angry when we checked out early on our departure day because our "ride" which was a taxi was coming later and we wanted to go early.

"Newest, Nicest(per locals) property on Cozumel"
Stayed for 6 nights June 2015 as couple. Had a two bedroom, three bathroom(1: full, 1: 3/4, and 1: 1/2 bath), full kitchen, washer/dryer, giant deck facing Caribbean with deck chairs table and chaise. As this was low season there were very few, if any, other guests at facility. The room was quite and comfortable. Place is beautiful!. Security 24 hours per day monitor the parking lot and facility, not that this is a dangerous island nor area! Grounds are very well maintained and lush. Pool is awesome. Ledges to sit on along sides and areas that can be used to pull pool chairs into about 14" of water! Nice way to sun and escape the constant humidity. Lobby is impressive-full of marble and frescos. Price was reasonable for quality and comfort. Don't be concerned about the road in front of hotel. It is no longer the main road. Most traffic are locals on motor going to work in morning.

"Good value for divers."
Good value for divers. Clean rooms, good food. Friendly staff. (There was a few miscommunications due to a language barrier, but not much.) Beach was pretty good for a rocky coast. OK shore diving. Not much of a dive shop, but suffient. Free wifi only in lobby and restaurant, and not very stong signal there.

"Park Royal Resort"
Beautiful place to stay that is family friendly. Would definitely recommend as a place for divers/non-divers alike. Two dive shops located within a few hundred feet for those who enjoy boat dives. Food in the main buffet was very good, but would avoid the Italian Restaurant. Only downside is the flood of cruise ships that the resort gives day passes to, with as many as four ships docked at a time. This made the pool and general areas packed until the ships left in the evening. If you are looking for a more intimate get away, would recommend steering clear of resorts close to cruise docks. The all-inclusive package helps you budget, but remember to take $1s for tips.

"The Finest Hotel Room On Cozumel Island"
We just got back from a six night stay, and it was great, just as our previous stays at the hotel were. It is not "Inclusive With Meals," so we can eat when and where we want, and not pay for meals that we do not want. Lots of good restaurants downtown. In addition to the home-made guacamole, the hotel's fresh caught grilled grouper with dill sauce and grilled shrimp with garlic butter are gourmet quality. For more space and comfort, I recommend the one-bedroom suite, which includes a separate living room and a kitchen area. The suites can be expanded to add two or three bedrooms to accommodate a large family. Very friendly staff. Pool, beach, snorkel access, and a pleasant walk to downtown
