Half the staff was happy we were there as the other half was rude! AC didn’t work, safe broken asked for a replacement, said we would get one in 10 min never came. Buffet was horrible, we will not be going back to this property. I will give them one more shot at the Cancún property as we stayed there the year before and I was great! As far a Cozumel not going to return!

Staff were very friendly, however, they were very push with the excursions and rentals. The room was moldy and not updated. The hotel itself needs a lot of renovations. The adult pool was filled with birds, which was annoying.

Everything was amazing! Juanita, who was the housekeeping staff was perfect, she was friendly, sweet and worked so hard! We were so thankful for her. We do not have enough kind words to say. The entire staff at the resort was absolutely amazing! Edgar and Quenan of the Funtastic team became such good friends! Teaching us Spanish, making brackets, trying to make us do Zumba and Volleyball! It was so much fun. Alfredo and Joy of the food and drink staff were incredible also. We will forever have our memories of these wonderful people and are so glad we spent our vacation with them! We will be coming back!

We paid for upgraded room, got a regular one then finally moved when complained, got stuck in elevator 2 times, alarm did not work. No ammenities in rooms, tv barley worked, water took 10 min to get hot. Staff was very rude, the resort its self was not kept up. Same food everyday. Not worth the upgraded price we paid.
