It was the most wonderful experience! We fell in love with the beach and all of the great people who works there and become your family for as long as you stay! I just came back and I already miss Santiago, Carlos, Miguel, German, Hugo, Alejandro! They are so great! The hotel is super clean, the rooms super big, the food is great and they always aim to please every request you have! I plan to go back at least once a year!

the staff and the food are as always wonderful. It's an older property and could use some minor plumbing repairs, it all worked well, but you can tell it's seen better days. The location is very nice and the beach one of the best to be had. We will be heading back again next year to do it all again.

Sky view and ocean view rooms are identical…….do not pay extra for sky room…..they got me and never made it right with me…..I was on 7th floor my daughter was on 6th……exact rooms but i paid more…..they got me Been there a few times over the years and not one single thing has been upgraded…….bathrooms are extremely old…… Food was good and the beach was beautiful The best thing this hotel has going for it is the waitstaff………they go above and beyond!! Fyi…..they only give you 2 bottles of water a day no matter how many in your group
