The employees were mostly helpful and friendly, some or the ones at the desk were kind of cold but not all of them. I love the beach because you can snorkel without having to leave the hotel. My complaint is the pool, the water was kind of murky and greenish, not blue and clear. We got there once but when we noticed it was like that we got out and didn't go back but the beach was clean. It was our favorite spot. We also had fun playing mini-golf. The food was okay, not great but not bad. The beverages were good. The room was clean and the A/C always worked great. Also they cut the water twice for some repairs according to the desk but it didn't take long to get it back. We would definitely consider to stay there again in our next visit to Cozumel.

The staff was very friendly and worked hard on cleaning the property every day. We were put in the wrong rooms and were moved only after complaining. The water was rust color coming out of the faucet and shower in one of the rooms. The food was ok. Drinks were ok. View was really nice from the balconies.
