"The smell is horrible.Pool was filthy.My friends white beard turned brown.It stained our metal cups and floats.We had to beg for toilet paper.You could not take your left overs.I got sick from something and after 2 days of not eating or leaving the room my husband we to the buffet to get me a roll or something easy on my stomach and they would not let him bring me food.We had to order food from room service for a extra cost and never got the food for well over a hour .The food although was good except the buffet was the same everyday and more veggies left over o. The breakfast bar.NO BEACH that was disappointing because they said there was .The Sushi was awesome.Spa was expensive and was not at all good!"

"Grand Riviera Princess was actually under construction amd ended up staying at their sister location.. Sunset princess. Rooms were clean and regularly stocked. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely returning in the future"

"The pool was amazing. The property was beautiful. However, the customer service was terrible. Everyone seemed unhappy, and in a rush. There were a couple of great waiters in the buffet and the Asian bistro, however, I did wind up getting food poisoning from the bistro."

The resort itself is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. A special thank you to our concierge, Katya, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always made us feel taken care of. We were also incredibly impressed with the restaurant selection and the quality of the food. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, with amazing flavors, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service at each restaurant we visited. There was so much variety that every night felt unique and exciting. We left with amazing memories and cannot recommend Secrets Maroma Beach enough for anyone looking for a romantic and truly first-class getaway.
