I have to say I love the place . The staff are amazing and so friendly. One thing I just have to mention is the entertainment. They need to do a little bit more activity around the pool area and the entertainment at night need to start a little bit later than 7. The Hyatt needs to step up and keep up the same way the Hilton used to be before they took over .

We were booked to stay here and the night before we had a family emergency plus our flight was cancelled. The airlines refunded our tickets in full. But this resort plus this site refused to refund our money or at the very least, give us a credit to come down at a later date. This is poor customer service. This Site and this resort has lost a customer forever. They could have done the right thing and offered us a credit or moved us to another date and retained our business in the future but instead they lost all future business from us.

has always been amazing. We have been going there since it was the Royal. The staff is the Best- they all go the extra mile to make a difference in your stay. The accommodations are so comfortable and the food is delicious. We prefer to eat at the resort and crave the food even after we've gone home. The entertainment is exceptional. The pool is such a fun place to be as well. The pool activities guys are so much fun- I'm usually at the pool for a mellow day, but these guys- especially PePe- will get you dancing and having the time of your life.

Best Vacation Spot in Playa Del Carmen

My vacation to Playa Del Carmen was better than I ever imagined! The resort and rooms were beautiful. The staff was courteous and provided great service. I appreciated that they all spoke English and were always so happy to help. My friends and I decided to stay here because of the location, only adults and the foam party! We had watched several videos on social media about the foam party and it looked like the perfect place to celebrate his birthday! The entertainment staff is amazing. They got the party going, especially Daniel M. Daniel was a lot of fun and helped with several activities. He led the conga line in the foam party and I Loved it! Based on my unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this resort and plan to visit again in the future!

Great time!

We had an amazing trip! It was off season but never felt that way to us! Would highly recommend! **there was sarguassium, but it didn’t bother us at all.
