The staff were extremely friendly and we had the best time with some of the events. There's a great variety of food available, and the coffee is AMAZING!! Make sure you head out to the pool early to get a good spot, and make reservations early for some of the restaurants at the property. Take part in all the activities, and I promise you'll have the best time!

It’s a good property, nice size, lovely staff, huge rooms, excellent food and beverage choices. The only slight was the often excessive noise around the whole pool area, not always necessary.

The resort was wonderful. I think my overall experience in Mexico was tainted because I just constantly felt harassed by people wanting me to look in their shops or tip them constantly. It was just overwhelming and really darkenedmy experience.

Very nice resort with very friendly, helpful staff, and great food. Had a very lovely time. There were always activities going on so there was something to do, and you can walk around the town at night. Just make sure u do your research on the extra costs the hotel may charge you because certain things aren’t included like: cabanas, lobster, certain wines, and room service for food. The beach is also very rocky, so don’t be expecting to swim out into the ocean. Overall amazing time!

The staff and food were excellent, and entertainment staff David and Ivan were especially fun. Best water aerobics ever. The seaweed stench was really unpleasant, the beach was even tinier than in website photos and saying that there were three pools was an exaggeration.

Room cleaning was hard to come by - usually want cleaned by the time we came back in the late afternoon or had to make a call to get our bed made. Alcohol was VERY portioned had to order multiple at a time to fill up a mug. Pool was filled with hair floating around . Food was not very good one of the worst I’ve had at a resort. No beach filled with seaweed that stunk up the room if you’re in a “ocean front” room. Staff was overall good not exceptional for the amount of money you pay. No smoking on the resort was a big downfall had to go on the street. Overall would not return
