First time out of many trips to Mexico when we didn't want to leave hotel premises. There's so much walkable territory with gorgeous sites, river, island, multiple dining options including Michelin star restaurant. The kids loved the vacation and swim up suite connected with kids pool and slide. Tequila was great, grasshoppers still stuck between teeth, and the photos showcase natural beauty beyond description. Convenient closeness to all x-parks and shuttle between them was an awesome add on. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay. Easily one of our best vacations ever. Everything was great, weather, location, beautiful landscapes in the middle of nature, all the fun activities at the parks. Food too was excellent, we loved eating at Bio, their all vegan restaurant. Hospitality was top notch. Xenses, Xplor and Xelha are must do parks. Hope to visit again in the future when Xavage their other park opens up.

Grounds were fairly nice, hotel room was decent (we upgraded at cost on site for ocean view) Food was average/risky Our checking in process was delayed by one hour just so they can try to sell us time share even though we indicated they we have a short stay a number of times Staff (concierge) handling of food poisoning/TD was inconsiderate, unhelpful and unemphatetic Restaurant and grounds staff were great Cancellation of dinner 24 hours ahead was with threats of extra charge by concierge Administration was ‘delighted’ about hotel issues and challenges and food poisoning/TD Follow up email presented in an aura of poor customer experience and use of bad math/stats to refute factual issues Parks were OK but not all of us could go because of food poisoning /TD Overall - average to below average experience and negative value for money, would not come back until issues resolved, quality improved to meet price point
