Time share members not only have their private areas (which they don't use) but they are allowed to hold/reserve chairs by pool for half the day with no consequence if they never show up to claim their seat. Seaweed is everywhere unfortunately the beaches very smelly and un-swimmable. Lastly my wife reserved a bonfire for our party to celebrate my 50th bday and it was cancelled last minute by the resort. very disappointing.

This hotel is not worth the price. We stood at hard rock punta Cana and it was so much better
Service here is bad food was average and no one knows English
In order to get a bed by the pool or drinks I are ignored unless u tip
U ask them for something the are annoyed

This resort was beyond my expectations! The staff was super helpful and very friendly ! From the minute we walked through to the lobby someone was able to assist us w out every need right away. Anything you needed was just a phone call away and minutes later someone was at your door. Leticia at the front desk was very kind and checked us in. Ellis worked w vacation planners at the resort and was super helpful as far as explaining which excursions to do and how the resort credits work. Some of the waiters just to name a few... Antonio, Joshua, Juan and I’m so sorry I know I am missing so many but all the staff from the Ciao and Le Petit Cochen French restaurant were beyond amazing. Not one person was rude or nasty l. The drinks were out of this world and the food omg even better ! When we checked in we had reserved a basic deluxe gold room on the heaven side (adults only) which I was pleasantly surprised to hear Leticia tell me we were upgraded to a platinum sky terrace room where you get your own terrace w Jacuzzi and lounge chairs as well as a regular balcony on the main level w hammock and chairs. The room was beyond beautiful ! There is not enough fantastic things I can say about this resort. I would defiantly be returning in the near future.

Excellent service. The resort was busy with back to school kids and they had a huge Kidz Bop concert going on. They staff took care of you. A small tip will go a long way. They are very friendly and helpful. A great place for a family. We will return.

Hard Rock - Riviera MAya
Pros:Rooms were great - just a little small. great staff and location. beautiful resort
Cons:RESORT CREDIT ($1,800.00) should be resort credit. basically they call it resort credit, but you actually pay the full price - TOTAL SCAM!!!
Location:Puerto Adventuras is just south and is great - we fished twice out of there and visited dolphins, sea lions and restaurants there - just grab a cab.
great hotel with plenty to do.
BEWARE of RESORT CREDIT - this is a TOTAL SCAM!!!
