Resort was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance was amazing. It’s like you’re in a little jungle that leads to the incredible white beach the clear blue water waiting for you. Highly recommend a visit. Didn’t want to leave.

I love this resort but it definitely needs more menu choices. Only 1 place for breakfast and 2 places for lunch. Dinner many restaurants but for me who is very picky, there was 1 thing on each menu i would eat. Staying 10 days meant the same meals over and over. Plus, there is nothing to eat for snacks or after a late excursion. But it is safe and quiet and the bar/nightlife cant be heard in the rooms so it is very quiet. I loved the animals at the resort! The coati and agouti are entertaining and make this place so much better! I like how they really strive to keep the beach and resort clean. I have stayed here twice inside a year and will definitely be back again in a few months!

Restaurants overall were very good. Easy to make nightly reservations up to a week in advance. No buffet at dinner so this was great. Staff were everywhere and very friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff engaged everyone. Small property so evening entertainment options are limited. Exceptional beach! Clean, clear water, fine sand beach. Hotel has plenty of chairs with alot of trees for shade at the beach. Pool is great with lots of chairs and umbrellas, but more limited access to shade directly around pool. Beach and pool towels changed nightly from your room. Overall wonderful and we would go again. About 1-1.5 hr from Tulum Intl airport which was hassle free! So much easier than flying into Cancun.

Beautiful property and exactly what I was looking for. This is a lay back and relax resort. They offer lots of games and activities that cater to a party goer but the crowd that gets involved with that is minimal. I loved the wildlife, the staff, the ambulance and the beach. Absolutely beautiful and made some memories I'll never forget.

Quetzabel is a hostess at the buffet palapa and she greets everyone with such amazing energy every morning! She can start anyone’s morning with a smile just by talking to her for the brief time it takes to get a table. She encourages guests to try their hand at speaking Spanish as well which was something I really enjoyed. The entertainment staff consisted of about 8 people. They held daily yoga, pool games, beach activities, and they also were the hosts of the nightly entertainment. In my opinion Abraham, Diego, and Carlos were the only entertainers who actually entertained and engaged with guests. They personally got to know guests and encouraged participation in all activities. They made everyone feel welcome and included. If I had a way to praise them any more than this review I absolutely would because they deserve it!! Javier and Ricardo were the swim up pool bartenders and they made the best tasting drinks out of the 3 bars on the resort. They made my group fun shots and remembered our drink orders each day.

Sadly, the food was trash.. i thought i could get passed it but no.. and you only get premium liquor if you're an exclusive member (this is an all inclusive resort) but i don't have chose on liquor.. no one drinks Jose Cuervo. We were the only black couple here too and no matter what time we got to any restaurant, we were the last to get served. Ill never come back here again.

I’d give it 3.5 stars for an all inclusive. The rooms were clean and spacious with twice daily service. Bartenders were great as was the entertainment staff, but food and food service varied greatly by restaurant. Hot tubs were not heated and we were told the pool was heated as well, but it was not. Room service food was terrible and incredibly slow, and the breakfast buffet (only breakfast option without privileged upgrade) was mediocre. Still, we had a nice time with some decent meals and the shows at night were fun. Had all the basics needed at an all inclusive like shops, currency exchange, and concierge/activity coordinator. The beach was also kept very clean.

Very safe and quiet. Perfect for a romantic get away. Being from the tri state we are big foodies. Italian Restaurant was not good. Neither was the grill restaurant. The Asian Place was not bad. Didnt attemd the 2 others. Room service food was bad but the burger wasnt too bad definitely wouldve gotten it again. Drinks and Bar are great and easy accesible. Only thing we really did not like was the food. Everyone was raving about it but its just not 5 star quality food at all
