It was an amazing trip to Mexico! A few hiccups though. When we checked in earlier in the day, it took at least 30 minutes to check in. We were told check in was at 3. We went up just a bit after 3, waited in line for 20 minutes to be told are room wasn’t ready and couldn’t tell me when it was. Finally after me telling them this was unacceptable, he put us in another room. The room seemed to have not been used for awhile, shower head was not on, looked a little beat up. Whenever we asked a question, we could never get an answer. Getting chairs should never be an Olympic sport! All in all, if they could change check in, a few other tweaks, it would hav even great!

There is usually something redeeming about a resort that is all inclusive however, in this case, the beach was full of seaweed and sharp rocks in the water, and on the sand, the pools were cold. None of them were heated not even the kids pools. The food options were limited, and it was very difficult to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We spending a lot of money at the arcade, because there was really not much else to do.
