Greeting staff needs to be nicer. When someone is hurt and needs a wheelchair there should be quick service. Ice makers were not working. Before placing people in a room they need to make sure there’s not any problems so the whole family does not need to wait over an hour to change rooms. This takes time out of our family trip. Reservations for dinner caused another problem for taking time out of our trip. There should be one day where you can reserve dinner for the whole time of your stay rather than wait in line for an hour every morning and then possibly not even getting the reservation because you didn’t make it first in line. More and better food selection. Some mornings we’d make it to breakfast and there would not be very much food. Around 9 so it wasn’t late.

I've stayed at this property atleast 30 times and this is the first time to write a bad review. We waited over 5 hours to get a room. The room was next door at Casa Del Mar, not what I paid for! The next morning we got in our rooms (2) and the air conditioning didn't keep the room cool after many complaints! We had a leak in the ceiling a few days later in the other room. Over the past 6-7 years all of the elevators do not work. The food was not up to par and the selection was not good! I know many of the staff by name and they do a great job but upper management needs to pay them besides the generous tips I pass out to the staff. Pay your hard working employees! I understand there was a strike right before I got there because upper management took some of the income away. Shame on you! I think I'll try another resort next time!

Check in was slow and the room wasn't ready even though we got there an hour and a half after check in. Resort was pretty. A bit dated but still nice. Food was decent. Overall a decent place but I would not choose it again. I feel there are other places that offer a better overall experience.

The beach area and pools were amazing. My family really enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming. What was really disappointing was I had to call for our rooms to get clean. I had a whole another day for my stay. I shouldn’t had to call for my room to get clean especially in this pandemic. The food for the kids were terrible and the fries were like they cook before then reheated them to serve guests. To me they didn’t value my kids by serving food like that very disappointing with what I paid for this property.
