The Riu Costa Mujeras was amazing! My family and I chose this resort for the beautiful beach. The staff was exceptional as well. They went above and beyond in all areas. Thank you Samara for the great poolside service!

Upset that property doesn’t have a shuttle from the airport unless you book through the resort. Also lounge chairs are pool were difficult to find.

It was our 3rd stay sat the hotel over the course of 4 years., and we will certainly return again. We love all: the beach, the waterpark, the food, the room and some drinks (slushed drinks serve at the pools are too sweet and lack flavor in our opinion) The major cons for is it's that the hotel is the far from all visits and the farest away on Costa Mujeres that means a earlier pick up and later drop off laking long day on the road.

Perfect resort for adults and families. Very clean and well maintained property. Lots of entertainment and activities. Great restaurants and buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with all the conveniences. Best beach in Cancun. We will be back soon!

Great place over all. If you are looking for a one and done kind of place and dont want to have to think about anything on your trip but relaxing this is definitely the place to go. The Ocean water is absolutely stunning as well. So blue!

Incredibly clean resort. Staff and service were great. The beds are 5 inches narrower than a regular full-sized bed, and that was a major problem. Also, the shower stall empties into the main room; you will need to ask for a room divider, unless you want to step out of the shower and directly into the main room

This property was beautiful! The only reason I did not give a perfect rating is because our hotel bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. There were residue on the walls and toilet seats. I ended up cleaning the room myself! Also , on our second night there , we returned to our room with the beds straightened, the towels and rags restocked, which was all good until we learned that house keeping made a bowel movement in our room and never flushed or cleaned the toilet afterwards. It was just there for us to discover when we returned! I was completely disgusted!!! This review is strictly on our most recent stay. I will absolutely return to this resort but, the housekeeper/keepers who serviced our room before and during our stay can be better. Also, the resort should consider wristbands that open the doors as we found it very difficult to get in and out our rooms trying to search for a key.

Beach is beautiful, food mediocre, never any pool lounges available even though no one ever sits in their reserved seats. Not alot of entertainment throughout the day.
