Such a wonderful trip. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The food varies but I don’t expect 5 star dining at an AI, I expect it to be good, and filling and readily available. If you can’t find something you enjoy to eat here you can’t find it anywhere. We had a swim up room and upgraded to the premium experience which gave us access to the Travel Club areas which was nice to experience those areas. There isn’t a lot of chair chasing here as there are plenty available at every turn. We enjoyed being poolside in the morning and going to the swim-up in the afternoon. It’s a beautiful resort but what really makes it special for us are the people. Lillian at the front desk was amazing and so happy to help us. Pool butlers Alex and Michael, went above and beyond to make sure we got as much or little sun as we needed. Jaime helped us make our spa reservations and was a pleasure to speak to at the pool. Soto the resort chef came to check on us several times and made us special desserts for our anniversary’s. Room butlers Windam and Misa were so helpful making our reservations and checking on us every day. They got us golf carts to activities and made sure we got everything we needed! The Chic cabaret is fun which includes a special dinner/sho their entertainment staff is top notch! We also did a painting on hats activity that was enjoyed by all and we got to wear them for the rest of our trip! The POP entertainment group keep the fun flowing! We will return!

We had an absolutely incredible stay, thanks to our butlers, Adrián Naysin and Brian! Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made our experience unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The resort itself was stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and featuring breathtaking junior suites that were both luxurious and comfortable. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes and top-notch service at every restaurant. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t thank the entire TRS staff enough, including Manuel, the Chef, and David, the Manager on Duty, for making this trip so special. Had an amazing stay at TRS Coral and would highly recommend! Our thanks to the staff who really made our stay special: David and Manuel who would magically find us every evening around dinner to check in and ensure we were being taken care of (especially with my gluten allergy)! I can honestly say I've never randomly hugged a staff member but it's such a relief knowing that they had my back. The team of George, Naim and Raul who put together the best dinner experience I've had at all inclusive in the Tentazione Wine Cellar. Worth seeking out this hidden gem for a special occasion or a romantic evening. Our fabulous buttlers Jesus & Monse. We were never stressed about making reservations, rushing around looking for something or even random questions. They worked seamlessly together and were always ready with a friendly greeting when running into them around the resort and quick to reply on whatsapp. Jocelyn, our lovely housekeeper always took great care to ensure the room was clean and relaxing after our days enjoying the resort and was incredibly polite. A note about the room... we indulged in the two story terrace suite - worth every penny. Having a quiet/private space to read (or nap) during the day on the balcony and then soak in the jacuzzi at night was the best. We will work on our Spanish and can't wait to return with the kids - thank you for a memorable vacation!

For me, it was the best resort. It was so nice to have the best hotel and service. In particular, the service manager, David, and the main chef, Miguel, always took good care of us. One drawback was that the expected $600 hotel credit was replaced by a $600 discount coupon book and was not worth it. So, I couldn't use any of it. Nonetheless, the TRS Coral Hotel was the best hotel for me.

Beautiful property. Staff were not as nice as any other Mexico property I’ve been to though. Transportation carts weren’t reliable, any time we’d pass one and ask for a ride they would say it’s occupied for someone else or just simply no. The bar staff had attitudes with everything we ordered even though they were very common drinks. Overall very nice resort itself with potential the workers just weren’t as nice as we’d hoped given the amount of money we’d spent.

The plenty of discriminations during the stays. Also, the hotel is very "LIMITED All inclusive". For example, most dinner should be reserved through the butler system, and there were the only three restaurants. And most of them were fully booked except 9:00pm or 9:30 pm.
