Never going back. Poor management treatment.

Everyone was so nice. Service was excellent. Only problem was they charged me for hotel transportation to and from airport. Which I didn’t order. I did try to order service with phone calls to resort and sent them my itinerary with no response back so I got another service outside of hotel. They made me pay for it which I wasn’t happy about. They wouldn’t even hear me out. I have been to many places and never once had such a problem with management. They didn’t even care. When we arrived they said we would not have to pay and they would take care of it. Than the night before we checked with front desk and they said all was good. But next morning while checking out was a different story So I will not be going back to the resort again. We did have a great time but the end put a bad taste.

Overall great experience. Lots of family's but still very relaxing. They could for sure have more but for the money it's well worth it. Rooms were clean and cool. Lobby was open and nice. Pool was nice and clean, and they actually did a great job keeping the sargassum cleaned up, yes it was still there but they did their part!

The property is nice enough, the 2 pools are accessible but fill up quickly and the beach is sometimes not useable because of bacteria or seaweed so I would check prior to booking seasonally. The staff is helpful, however the Hyatt staff did continuously try to sell their membership on multiple days of the stay. I think that was the only major issue was for a smaller all inclusive resort that was good for rest, they seemed to be pushing sales. The spa was excellent, Maria, Jocelyn and all the girls were excellent at massages and facials! I do feel the prices were a bit hiked for certain upgrades considering how expensive the resort already was. Also the fact they ask for your room number every time you wanted to eat was a bit off-putting. I understand counting heads and all of that, but it was a bit pushy that even for breakfast (buffet) they continually asked. What if you just wanted fruit and then wanted to swim and come back? It makes you think twice. Food was good. Sommelier was very good. Over all a really good stay, just little changes need to be made!
