You couldn't ask for a better location and staff. Joel, our butler was amazing and handled everything for us. Eric at Lorenzo's treated my wife and I like royalty along with Angel at Tre Cervesas. We also really enjoyed Raul on the beach by light house, amazing time for us and already looking to go back!

This is our 8th times out of 15th times in CanCun at this resort. We have tried other 5 stars resorts but found this one to be the best for its location,service and pricing. This time our group of 18 people and all are very satisfied with everything this resort has offered except for the food at the Italian restaurant (we tried all the dishes but none were acceptable)so we went to the buffet :). Other restaurants food are pretty good. We ll be back next year for our family vacation. All is good!!! Thank you Hyatt Ziva for your excellent service in making our vacation a blast!! See you in 2019 !!! Hoorah !!

This is our 5th time at this resort when Hyatt Ziva gave it a great face lift. We actually just came back on Aug13th 2018 and will be coming back with family of 18 people Sept.2nd. that would make 6th time in almost 3years. Cant say enough about the service, the resort cleanliness. We wish the food at the buffet and some of the restaurants could be better though. The Asian theme night must go, the food was not good at all. The Italian food was disappointing. There were 18 of us at the Italian restaurant but none came out with positive reviews. We have to give credit to Chevy diner. The hamburger and Steak were very good where we ate everyday. Food at the Moon Gate and La Bastille have improved immensely since last year!! Trade Wind food was average. We always came with large group of 15+ and have all voted for the resort location, customer service and cleanliness an A+. Food C to B- Guess Can t win them all.!! May be one of the Hyatt employees could go over to Le Blanc resort to taste their food. That would be our dream come true to have food prepare like at the Blanc and have the resort like Hyatt Ziva ;=)

Great hotel

The hotel was very nice and the staff and service was great. The restaurants were all very good as well. Will definitely be going back to this resort

Relaxing and perfect four night stay

Pros: Service, staff, pools, and drinks. The room was also perfect for us.
Cons: Not much more we could have asked for. Everything was at our fingertips.
Location: We stayed at hotel most every day and night but did enjoy a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres.
Everything was exactly as we had hoped. Room was great. Butler service was excellent. Restaurants and service was excellent.

The Vacation Spot

Pros: The security and convenience
Cons: There was difficulty getting change in us dollars
Location: It is located near flea market and high end shopping
It was like being on a cruise ship without the ship. The staff was friendly and all parts of the hotel was well kept

Beautiful Property in Cancun

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week at the Hyatt Ziva. We have two kids, a 7 and 4 year old. The resort is very kid friendly and includes a great kids club with lots of fun activities and water play. There’s also an adult only tower and pool. There are plenty of restaurants, theme nights in the buffet and quick bites by the pools. We are already planning to return. The staff was consistently very friendly. Oh the spa was very nice, I treated myself to a massage and a facial by Carmen, she was great. We also rented the cabanas twice, very nice as well. We had amazing servers, Esperanza and Erick, very helpful and friendly.
