The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and takes care of all of your needs. We enjoyed the many food options and different restaurants. The entertainment in the evening was wonderful. It was a rainy week. We always spend A lot of time on the beach, but because of the weather, we did some of the other activities. I will have to say the staff did a great job, giving us many options and keeping us busy. We really enjoyed the silent, disco, bingo, mini golf tournament the stretch class and we also went to a Hydro therapy circuit at the spa, which was, very relaxing and something we had never done. The time that we did have the opportunity to spend on the beach is always nice because the chairs are comfortable and we like the grass umbrellas and tables. Thanks to everyone who made it a great stay and a relaxing vacation .

Had the swim up suite which was amazing. Great dining. Lots of smaller swim up pool bars instead of one crowded one like some other resorts we've been to. The adult only club section is great.

I will say the property it mself was very nice, our room was fantastic and the food was very good even though other reviews said it wasn't. What i didnt like was that my VIP band didnt allow me to the adults side, so im not sure what the VIP actually did for us and the other issue was that there was a wedding every day and sometimes 2, which is fine but the wedding venue is basically around the main pool. So when a wedding starts to get set up you have to clear the main pool. Sometimes this would be at 2-3:00 in the afternoon. Also not enough bar/clubs for nighttime entertainment. Aside from that its a nice place

I thought this property had good potential. Some very good employees, food and drink options. However, they need attention to the maintenance and invest in upkeep on the property. Certain things look worn. Cushions everywhere - the rooms, restaurants and pool area are stained. Public restrooms have broken locks, soap dispensers and lighting malfunctions. I expect better at this price point.

The front desk wasn't that friendly. The cleaning service never came. We had to go find someone within that staff and ask them if they could come to clean our room. We stayed 4 nights and our room was only cleaned 2 times. The "BUTLER" sent me a text saying it was because our DO NOT DISTURB sign was on but it wasn't. The ONLY good thing we found from this stay was VICTOR AND ESCAMILLA the bartenders from the beach bar. They were very tentative every time we went to their side and drank.

Excellent experience in majestic elegance resorts. Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 nights. We were welcomed with a sweet drink.. variety of food options. We liked buffet. Flavours restaurant was very good.Every employee was so good. Pool was good.beach was clean. In evening we enjoyed the shows. Totally recommend .

Wonderful stay, club section swim out suite. Staff is excellent and are constantly cleaning and doing work to the properties grounds. Food was good at all the restaurants that we tried. Would definitely come back.
