"This was our first time staying at a resort. I took time researching trying to find the perfect family friend resort and this was it! They offered a complimentary shuttle pick up from the airport, we only waited for about 30 min and had a drink while we waited so it wasn’t bad at all. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and answered any questions we had. We were staying in a double room with 3 adults & 1 child and they accommodated us by offering us an extra bed. The room was clean and fresh towels were in our room everyday, & the drinks in the mini fridge were refilled. The food was good and buffet had plenty of options. Our son LOVED the virgin pina coladas (I swear he had like 20) We tried the Italian, Mexican & Japanese restaurant. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite, evening was delicious. I probably wouldn’t try the Italian again but the Mexican was good as well. Overall we had a great stay and we will definitely be back!! "

"Great Hotel with so much to do ! You get butlers assigned with your room and they help you all throughout the day with room needs, restaurant reservations , spa reservations , pool bed reservations , etc . Anything you aren’t too sure about just text and ask your butler ! Food is great although some restaurants definitely better than others , multiple places to eat breakfast , lunch and dinner , definitely a big property but they have multiple cart drivers to take you all around and wherever you need to go just stop one and ask ! Overall a great experience had so fun , be sure to check out the other grand palladium property as you get access to most of their amenities when booking through Expedia . Big thanks to Estrella and Ana for being our butlers during our stay they were definitely a big big help ! "
