We stayed at this resort in October and we were very impressed by the location, right on the beach. The service staff were very courteous and polite and helpful from check in, concierge and service at all the restaurants. Our family was Vegetarian and every restaurant had a separate Vegan/Vegetarian menus and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary needs. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at the Market Cafe. It had excellent choices for Vegetarian food and we were there every morning. A very special thanks to the Manager at Market Cafe, Jose, along with the chef Enrique, and the staff Mitchell, Edgar, Bernie, Nicole and others made our trip very memorable. The pools were great and chairs were always available here. You can also walk right on to the beautiful sandy beach. The rooms were kept clean throughout the day. I would recommend this resort!!!

Our stay was so relaxing it was the exact getaway we needed. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and most important the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. He is always able to get everyone involved in activities, he’s super kind, has a great sense of humor, and kept all of the activities flowing perfectly according to the schedule posted on the Hyatt app. Thank you Jose and the rest of the staff we had a blast! We will definitely be coming back for some more beach and pool volleyball as soon as we’re able to. I definitely recommend Secrets the Vine!
