We spent a long weekend with split stay between an ocean view room and a preferred club honeymoon suite. The ocean view was nice and fairly clean. I think it was the south side of the building which was a little loud from the air conditioning units on the balcony. We switched to the honeymoon suit ocean front which was huge and had an L shaped balcony. The sun rise over the ocean from the bed was stunning. 3

We loved the staff, the ambiance, and amenities. The food options and how you have to wait to eat could use some improvements. Even if you upgrade to preferred, you still have to wait😩. Preferred only comes with one bottle of liquor for the room. Maybe i just had high expectations. I would definitely book again though!

Excellent service but its a quiet resort. There is no entertainment at the pools. Only one pool has music. No entertainment venue. Just small performances every once in awhile at one of the bars. If you just want to relax, its a great resort. If you want entertainment, you will be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and polite. Most of the room was clean. Spa was extremely expensive, beach view was great but the side where my room was located had a loud generator constantly running loudly. I never got the chance to enjoy the balcony outside because of that loud generator. The drinks were great and the food were outstanding.
