Secrets The Vine Cancun truly exceeded all expectations. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were absolutely spotless — everything felt pristine and extremely well maintained. The level of cleanliness alone was impressive. The food was outstanding; without a doubt the best I’ve ever had at a resort. Every meal felt high-quality and thoughtfully prepared, far beyond what you typically expect from an all-inclusive. Overall, this was a true 5-star experience from start to finish. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made the entire stay exceptional. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend this resort without hesitation.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The room is fully stocked with drinks. The concierges are helpful with schedulng laudry service and room servi e. They are always on the 23rd floor concierge desk to greet us and to help with any questions we have Awesome service ftom concie4 to the to the guards at the gate. Food was good but nothing stands out other than the vanilla dark cherry chocolate dessert at Sea Salt Brazilian BBQ. Annoyed at being told to wait for a table but if I bought a bottle of wine, I could get a table right away (Blue Water) and only letting people who buy a bottle get a table by the window(Nebbiolo).You have an exclusive restaurant that is not part of the all inclusive. Leave it at that. The constant upsell was annoying and cheapened the top resort experience in which I paid a premium price. Resort services were overpriced and cost more than similar services in Vancouver Canada. The staff are very friendly and helpful but figuring out a system to allow people to use lounge chairs in stead of them sitting empty with a towel on them throughout the day would be a huge improvement.

This hotel is acceptable for a first-time visit, but there are several drawbacks you should know before booking. Food & Dining: Breakfast and lunch options are very limited. There’s only one standard breakfast option unless you pay extra for a membership to access an additional (but similar) menu. There are two lunch options. Service is slow—especially during peak hours. Hotel Layout & Facilities: The property is large, but the layout is poorly designed and confusing. Photos of the “ocean view” rooms are misleading—they look identical to the “oceanfront” room photos, but they do not offer the same view. You have to pay extra to get a true oceanfront room. There is also no hot tub in the room, which was a disappointment. Beach & Surroundings: The beach area is quite small compared with other resorts in the same price range. Overall Value: At this price point, there are better options available. Other hotels may offer better food, genuine oceanfront views in all rooms, and amenities like an in-room hot tub.

I love our stay at the secret the vine hotel , we went there for our honeymoon and we had a blast . Everyone was very nice , the room was beautiful and food was on point all the time . We will definitely missed this place . We loved it and can’t wait to come back .

We had a great stay overall. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the resort. The main downsides were the frequent timeshare sales attempts, which became very intrusive, and an occasional sewage smell in certain areas of the property. While those issues were disappointing, the quality of the food, service, and accommodations still made this a very enjoyable trip.
