Absolutely fantastic resort. The staff really make you feel like you are home. Mercedes, the manager at the steakhouse, and Jose the manager of the Market Cafe buffet went above and beyond. We visit Cancun frequently and this was by far our best experience. Other reviews never mention the entertainment so we weren’t sure what to expect. It was great as well. There was something for everyone or the ability to get away from it all, you pick. We will be back for sure. Thank you Secrets The Vine for making our vacation simply the best!

I stayed in this hotel before several times, but this time was not the same standard. security guy on the entrance where the hotel gate was very rude, he simply ignored us and walked away making us wait more ... when we asked him to open the gate for us quickly since my friend had to run to the restroom because he had diarrhea i think from one of the foods at the hotel. . room service menu was limited they cut a lots of things from the menu whatever we asked they didn't have it for room service ,room refrigerator was not working well we didn't have any cold drinks barely room temperature ,the hotel definitely needs a renovation and the worse experience was when i was swimming in the infinity pool one of the guests was vomiting in the pool because he got drunk i got really disgusted . everyone runs to help the guy, but they didn't do anything about the vomit. and the Entertaiment groups was not the same quality professional people anymore. we state our complains to the front desk and customer service they said we can't do anything about it sorry . and the beach was full of sea weeds, was not like this they had clean beaches before we couldn't swim and the smell of the beach was terrible . so i wont go to this hotel again .

I've been to the resort before and was happy to be back. The check in was a bit slow, but I had a nice stay. The room was clean. The work out room was great. The dinner was delicious. Would recommend this resort if you're looking for an adult all inclusive resort.

The staff at the internal convenience store and gift shop were very pushy and did not allow time to browse. They were constantly following us and made it uncomfortable to shop. Otherwise, everything else was exceptional.
