The remodeled hotel property and rooms were in excellent condition. The service was amazing throughout the resort and the restaurant choices were outstanding. Plenty of food and drink options provided from morning to night. Guests included a nice mix of young families and adults. It was a festive atmosphere but always classy. Nightly entertainment provided on a fun rooftop bar. Beach was beautiful. Always could reserve a chair or Cabana if arrived to beach early. Think 7am. Waves on the beach could be rough so definitely require close supervision for small children. But lots of pool options with splash pads, etc. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to go back

We thought that the property was very nice, well maintained and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations with the exception of daily housekeeping of our room and restocking of the mini bar. These services were somewhat unpredictable and we had to contact them on two occasions to make sure that our room was cleaned.

Overall great time and experience with the family. Staff at the beach bunch are fabulous! Wilfredo and Bryan at the buffet are amazing. The only team that needs improvement is the luggage team. Luggage team are below average and not at par with the rest of the hotel.

Did not like that the canpy beds along with all cushions have stains on them. In the enclave area, no tables cleaned and pool had dirty water along with mold in pool.The night time entertainment is the sane people that are staffed with the hilton. Buffett so small for the size of the hotel. Very disappointing. A lot less expensive hotel have better amenities and way better entertainment.
