Dining could have been better. Using the app to reserve seating at special restaurants was horrible. We only stayed 3 nights and we're not able to get reasonable dinner times at many restaurants and the two we were able to get were late at night. Like 10 pm. That is way to late for our kids to be eating dinner. Very disappointed with the food options.

Suite, 1 King Bed, Jetted Tub, Beachfront (Enclave) Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for seven nights and were shocked to find cockroaches in our room every day for five days. For such an expensive hotel, this is completely unacceptable, and the issue was never properly addressed. The 24-hour room service is a joke, we placed an order and waited over three hours for our food. The soundproofing is terrible; it’s noisy late at night and again early in the morning, making it very hard to sleep. We tried the steakhouse, Noriku, Noriku Teppanyaki, and Chala Sky Bar. The food quality wasn’t very good. The Vela Rodizio was the only restaurant that was okay. After trying these, we didn’t want to try any of the others. All the alcoholic drinks were watered down and tasted very bland. Overall, this hotel fails on hygiene, service, food, and comfort. We cannot recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.

En general la estadia fue buena. La limpieza en el cuarto e instalaciones son buenas. El personal muy atento especialmente Brayan del restaurante Vela. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia en el Hotel fue con una mesera de nombre Monserred del restaurante Vela atiende de mala gana en la noches de rodizio y no tiene servicio al cliente.
