We’ve been to other family friendly resorts and the atmosphere is more upbeat. Hiltons ambiance is more like and adults only relaxed ambience resort. I also believe it’s unfair to have staff and service in one category because although the staff was great, it seems like the service was not always at its best because they seemed to understaffed. We were there for 8 days.

The bed sheets needed to be cleaned, and even the beds themselves, as we experienced bed bug bites. The floor was never properly cleaned walking barefoot felt unpleasant because there was always debris, even after the room was serviced. I had to wear sandals at all times while walking around the room. At the restaurants, the best food options were always considered add-ons (not included)It often felt like the waiters were pushing us to purchase these additional items or to buy wine that wasn’t included as well During our stay, we only encountered two truly great waiters and one excellent bartender during our stay We got an all inclusive spot to try and save money on going out to eat everyday but we ended up going out to eat elsewhere as the food options were better with more quality more portions and better prices other than that most staff was pretty nice at least. Hotel room view wasn’t horrible I don’t think I’d come here again next time if I head over to Cancun as a place to stay.

The staff is very good, the only thing I wasn’t like was the food and the music in the pool, the just put some English music nothing special when you travel to another country you wanna eat tropical music no the same you have at home. The cleaning people taking so long for cleaning your bedroom maybe bc the hotel is so big. The hotel it’s to far from the shopping areas or the marina, the hotel don’t have a disco and the part of the beach it’s not look like good, the beach it’s dirty

The place was peaceful and room was very cleaned. And we enjoyed the swimming pool and foods. However, I booked isla tour 4 members from resident MTS agent in the hotel, but the schedule and tour hours was different from I was explained when I booked even though I also took a photo of pamphlet. I assumed the agent got my money by cash and select lower level tour. Mainly, - Available people in boat : less than 50, but over 100. We had sit down very narrow area in sun. - Depart from hotel to point : 1 hour, but I waited two hours from hotel to take the boat (waiting many people coming), too hot and exhausted. - Snorkling hour : 1 hour, but 10min. - Staying good beach : only 20 min. , should think the boat departing time - Staying Dirty beach : 2 hours (w/lunch), cannot swim in white beach. I don’t understand why I cannot make a tour reservation with comfortable mind even like Hilton hotel. It’s one of hotel evaluations. So, star 3.
