We had a wonderful family vacation at the Hilton. The hotel was fantastic, the food was great, and the service was satisfactory. However, there’s room for improvement in customer service around the pool area. This is our second time visiting Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and our stay was just as good as the first time we came 1 year ago! The food was amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Literally, every staff member seems to be happy and enjoy working here. The entertainment team (especially Santos, Oscar, and Michelle) worked very hard to make sure you had things to do or watch by the pool or the beach. We enjoyed eating at every restaurant—but the Asian restaurant and the steakhouse (big shout out to Gerry at the steakhouse for being the best server!) were our favorites! Thank you Hilton for making our vacation so great! See you next time!

Everything was great. Kids had a blast at kids club and their events throughout our stay. Jennifer, Erandi, Alessa, Nicy, Dash, and Gecora played and looked after our kids so well! Entertainment team for adults kept us busy and fun too so thanks to them all! Food was good as well we liked asian restaurant the most!

Room not cleaned properly prior to check in; water bottle behind toilet door, sticky rings over the room table. Made 2 requests for our mini bar to get more sodas and water, even though they were to restock it. Room temp didnt get warmer than 67 degrees and no way to make it warm. Bath linens rough. Food was good at specialty restaurants. Bar service good.

Room was Okay, shower had mold. I called the service, they said ok but ever cleaned it. Room was cleaned only once in 5 days. The pool areas are small, not much place for walking. Beach is located 4 floors down, resort is on the elevation, you can take the staris or elevator to get to the beach.There is no bathroom on the beach, only one in the VIP area, and one upstairs by the pool. Food station only upstairs not on the beach, ice cream/coffee only in the buffet or café (not impressed with coffe or desserts). Beach shore is steep, hard to walk, beautiful clean water and sand, no stones, beach had no seaweed only on 1st day, afterthat not clean it. Overall food quality mediocre. We wouldn't comeback there, this resort dosen't come close to Hilton hotel. I wonder how it got be named as Hilton resort. It's a scam.
