"The entire staff was so amazing and the exhale package was so worth it! Spa was beautiful, food great, pool entertainment was so fun and friendly. Top to bottom entire staff was top notch! We loved the sip and paint, all of the restaurants and the bar and staff at the exhale pool bar couldn’t have been better. Property was beautiful too! "

"We had such a memorable stay at Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancun everything was fantastic and wanted to recognize some of the incredible staff who truly made our trip special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything smooth and easy. Mike the bellman was also fantastic — friendly and helpful right from the start. Richard’s always greeted us with his smile. Throughout our stay, the service stood out everywhere we went. Rolando was attentive, kind, and always made us feel taken care of. At the pool, Aric at the bar kept the drinks coming and was always so polite The restaurants were also a highlight — Marlene at the Mexican restaurant was incredible and Laura at the Brazilian restaurant was great too as both provided amazing service and made our dining experiences even better. A big thank you to Octavio the concierge and Adolfo in excursions for their help with planning and making everything easy and enjoyable. We also unfortunately needed medical assistance during our stay, and we cannot say enough about Dr. Cesar Eduardo Arias Bustamante. He was absolutely incredible — professional, caring, and reassuring during a stressful situation. We are so grateful for his help. He is the best!! Every one of these team members went above and beyond and truly made our vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we will definitely be back!"

"Very clean, beautiful resort, better than expected for the price we paid. We had a big suite, very clean and comfortable. Staff great. Only thing lacking is nightlife/night entertainment and food at a la carte wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere in Cancun. Buffets were good. Lots of pool space, didn't have to fight for chairs. All in all, it was a good stay. Close to Puerto morelos town so you can walk or uber in to check it out. "

"We liked the ability to move around to the other 2 resorts as we stayed at Ventus Ha. We loved the service from the waiters/waitresses/servers. We loved the pool at the Ventus Ha better than the other properties, loved the rooftop bar/pool area, loved the restaurants. We didn’t like the beach, perhaps the time of year, but not swimmable and totally opposite of what the video shows on your website. We also didn’t like the concierge service that was on duty when we checked in on Saturday night. We also didn’t like that the daily activities/events were only posted by the elevator, and never knew/saw it as we always took the stairs although we were staying on the 4th floor. So we missed quite a bit of that. Although the restaurant offerings were great the portion sizes were somewhat small (not referring to the buffet options)"
