Could not control AC, temperature always dropped to 16.5 no matter what temperature was set. Restaurants were systematically closed on rotation ( 1 of 5 every night) lineups were long for reservations. Extremely poor poolside management for lounge chairs at the preferred pool.

This is our second time at Dreams Jade and we loved it again! A big part of why the trip was so great is how nice all the staff are. Everyone is soo friendly and makes you feel so welcome! Special shoutouts to Juan at the Mexican restaurant, Karen who was the breakfast hostess at preferred Mercure (she is very sweet!), the two guy servers at the preferred pool were amazing and the guy in preferred lounge made me the best iced coffees I’ve ever had! The resort if very clean, the service is amazing and we would for sure come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Beds and pillows are super hard. Mini fridges in the room don’t get very cold. We had a family trip with our kids and couldn’t go to certain restaurants because it was adults only. The food was mediocre. On a good note staff was very nice and helpful. We absolutely loved the pool staff and water activities. Night time entertainment was so much fun. The staff definitely made our trip amazing.

Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - All Inclusive was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning. Beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear pools, and a beach that feels like something out of a postcard. Whether we were relaxing poolside, enjoying the ocean breeze, or walking the property, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Every restaurant delivered quality, variety, and great service—no shortcuts, just consistently good meals and drinks. Room service was prompt and well done, and the bars kept things fun without ever feeling chaotic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing—exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Entertainment and activities were the perfect balance: plenty to do if you want it, but never overwhelming. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate something special, or just completely disconnect. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. Staff courteous and accommodating. I could have given 5 stars but our room had no hot water. Complained about it but nothing was done. Also water leak in bathroom floor. Advised housekeeping but nothing was done. Restaurant food and service was excellent!

We just returned from an incredible 5-day family stay at this resort in Cancun, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious with so many great options—every meal felt like a treat. The pool amenities were outstanding and perfect for both kids and adults, giving us plenty of space to relax and have fun together. The beach was stunning: beautiful, clean, and exactly what you dream of when you think of Cancun. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. We had the best family time, made wonderful memories, and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will 100% be coming back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for the perfect Cancun getaway! 🌴✨
