"My family and I came here to celebrate my moms birthday. This was the perfect place for our family! They were very welcoming, polite and hospitable. We stayed in the Family Suite with two double beds and a set of bunk beds, so much space. They were plenty pools, bars and the restaurants had a good variety of foods. My 6 year old daughter loved the Kids Club (the ladies were very sweet) and the water park. There was craft time, we enjoyed the Moana show in the theatre. The beach area was beautiful and there was ample seating. We had a great experience here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend for families, we will definitely return."

"The good: -Hotel is beautiful and well maintained -Staff is very helpful and they always have a smile on. -Room service is great, we ordered breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. -Pool/beach menu is better than lunch at other restaurants and you do have to dress up for it. -The spa is a MUST! We got the hydrotherapy and couples massage and it’s 100% worthy! -Security in the hotel it’s on point, you always feel safe there. The bad: -You always get offered extra things for extra charge, they are everywhere you go, a little too much when all you want to do is relax and enjoy your all inclusive. - We visited the statehouse and we had to wait 2.5 hrs for a table for two because we didn’t want to buy a $120 bottle of wine. If you buy the bottle you get immediate seating, I thought we were in an All- Inclusive, duh!"
