Value for money not worthing. Booked a room with sea view, did not receive the advertised upgrade. I was requested to pay the breakfast despite booking the room with breakfast included. I was not allowed to add the meal cost to the room and pay at the checkout and got escarted to the reception to pay the on spot. I was told that using hotel pool and beach chairs is 100$/person per day. I ordered room service and the hotel employee requested payment on spot, not allowing me to charge the cost to the room. The request for tipping at every step in this hotel is extremely aggressive and unconfortable.

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to answer every question and make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The pools were also exceptionally well-maintained, with attentive staff ensuring everything was clean and enjoyable.

Truly Unforgettable Anniversary at Kempinski! Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding vow renewal, and from the very beginning, the staff made sure it was a truly unforgettable experience. They helped us plan the entire celebration with incredible care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Salma, who made sure every element—from the big moments to the smallest touches—was handled perfectly for me and my family. As a welcome surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always one step ahead of our requests. One thing that really stood out: during our excursions, our family was the only group picked up and dropped off right at the hotel entrance—while other guests from nearby hotels had to cross busy streets. It made us feel genuinely cared for. The Casitas restaurant team deserves special praise. During dinner, my husband and I had a late-night craving for burgers—and even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, they kindly let us order from the lunch menu. That kind of flexibility and warmth really impressed us. False advertising as all inclusive. High fees for no reason, not 5 Star. Rooms are very old and bed bugs were present. Literally a hotel doing whatever they can to survive. I would not recommend unless you desperately need. Do not fall for the 5 star hotel review it is false advertisement.
