Very nice resort on the smaller side. They have an adult pool and regular pool. Beautiful beach access. They have a kids club that hosts nightly activities and activities by the pool daily. Thanks Kimberly for keeping the kids busy. Food options are good but could be elevated. For the price point the buffet was good and restaurant selection was nice we enjoyed the Mexican restaurant they had the best churros I’ve ever had. Drinks were great too. Only wished they went around pool more frequently for refills. Other than that there was a pool bar. Our room had the best view and was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the room service because food was constantly being served and we were full by night. We would definitely stay here again for a family vacation.

Room upgrades were available online but we were told they are not available so no free upgrades. VIP lounges are available for members only regardless if you pay for VIP access you cannot use lounges. Staff didn’t had smile on their faces and seemed overworked. Food was salty and bad at all restaurants except mexican seafood. We got msg from manager saying we get a server who never showed up. We had better VIP experience at Wyndham Altra. Never going back here.
