"I stayed here in early April 2026. Pros: Food was okay to good. The buffet restaurant had a good mix of food with a theme for each day. Mayan day was yummy. Ala carte Mediterranean restaurant had beautiful views. Poolside ice creams enjoyable. Junior suite was spacious. Daily delivery of drinks to put in mini fridge appreciated. Check in/out was easy. Cons: no one serviced my room when asked (4 day stay). Commons areas were dirty (elevators, walls, doors, cloth seating). Room smelled strongly like paint or cleaner and windows were sealed shut. Doors were thin and you could hear other guests clearly. Poolside bathroom was disgusting and smelled like urine and deodorant in an attempt to cover the smell. "
