The property has to IMPROVE on MORNING BREAKFAST. I stayed for 5 days and ended up waiting for 30 min-45 min for basic amenities BREAD & essential items for breakfast. This delayed my entire planning. If I had to stay again, I will think or change to a different hotel because of Breakfast Buffet DELAYED service.

All the bedding items were stinky. We were moved to another room upon request. Although, the new room was better, it still had some stinkiness. The laundry service was terrible. It took them three days to sent back our clothes. This is when we requested and reminded them of the issue several times. I can’t imagine how long they could’ve taken without acknowledging the issue. One thing that I liked about the property was that the breakfast was included. However, the service was not so great. Every other day, we needed to wait for either plates or cutlery for alteast 10-15 minutes. While booking for the hotel, it showed me 4 star property, however we didn’t get or felt like a 4 star property.

Terrible experience here

They did not have my reservation so they made me wait a long time late at night after a very long travel day. Then they wanted me to pay again, it was all so rude and then they finally found it. Room was kind of old and dirty and you can hear everyone above and below and children screaming in the hall all night. Good firm bed, but no blankets so it was freezing and I had to use a towel.

The property is in downtown Cancun so accessible. the staff here is super rigid to accommodate anything. Any small request you make is not accommodated by the staff. The breakfast options are super limited and is very crowded unless you make an upgrade. There is no ramp to get your stroller up while entering the hotel. I'd avoid staying here again.

Great place for a good price

Great place, an oasis of calm as advertised. The hotel district on the beach is now a zoo.Book online for the best deal with breakfast.

My stay was excellent. The Staffs are great really helpful. I really like the pool area. It is very nice. Wasn’t too crowded. The hotel actually looks better in person. Rooms are nice and clean only thing the water sometimes will fluctuate from hot to cold. Check in process was really fast and check out. I can honestly say that I would return if In Cancun, the marina mall was five minutes away by car. My experience at the oasis honestly was great. I would say they could’ve had more options for breakfast.

When checking it. It was great welcome and thought it was going to be an amazing hotel. The lady who helped us check it was awesome and the lady who show us how to get a tour. Was also amazing. Now on to the room. It was average. The net worked one day and after that. It did not work for the remaining trip. It was raining mostly while there. It was a leak in the bathroom ceiling through the light fixture. Which we found to be unsafe. The shower was bipolar. It would start hot and which to cold and then turn extreme hot. When we left the room to go out. We can back to no clean towels. We had to leave notes every time we left the room. So our housekeeper would give us clean towels. (It was more on the list than just towels.) So one morning we woke up to a big flood in the room. The rain had made its way into the room. We did our best to clean it up. So back to the net for a second. So we couldn’t watch Netflix on the tv. Because the signal wouldn’t work. Signal wasn’t even good in the lobby after the first day. … So there are three restaurants in the hotel. Only ate at two. The sports bar one was great and the breakfast one was good. They are and were very friendly. But overall from my experience. I will not be returning and I really did like the staff at the front desk.

The building is very old and shouldn’t be used for accommodation until after renovation. Although the staff were very nice and helpful as they provided me with a small cooler to preserve my food as I have allergies and can mostly eat food from home. They also gave me a microwave as the rooms doesn’t come with any fridge or microwave which is really nice and that why I am giving them a two star. I was totally disappointed about the lack of maintenance as I paid too much was expecting to get a decent accommodation. Bathroom was very nasty and horrible as the shower curtain were very dirty and very disgusting. Also keep in mind that there is no bath tub here. Air bnb would have been lot cheaper and way better than what they offered at this hotel. Definitely not coming back here. No thanks
