"The hotel rooms were quite clean, though the sofas in the lobby bar were noticeably a bit dirty. The selection at the buffet was somewhat limited; while dinner reservations weren't required and the food tasted decent, the service was very mediocre. We even experienced sitting at a table for half an hour without anyone attending to us—we didn't even get a glass of water! However, the coffee shop in the hotel lobby served up some truly aromatic coffee. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price, but it’s nothing spectacular."

"The location of the hotel by the beach is good. It is however across from a water treatment plant so the smells at the front of the hotel especially at nights was terrible at times. The food is mediocre at best, but the grounds and rooms are clean and maintained well. It is a decent place to stay but lacks activities after hours and does not offer room service. The pools are small but were never overcrowded."

"It was my least favorite of the Excellence Resorts. A Lobster House with no lobster. Staff threw away personal belongings. Some staff was rude and left our door wide open after room service."

"I paid for an all-inclusive trip meeting. I don’t have to pay for anything, but what I paid for to get there I was unable to eat at any restaurant on the property due to lack of information provided by the staff of when to eat or where to eat or what to where to eat. I was giving information on one thing follow those instructions got to a restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of room, or I was underdressed when in fact, there were people eating that we were wearing the same thing I was I was given a reservation for a restaurant the hibachi place I showed up for my reservation and they did not have me on the list so I could not eat there I did not eat from any restaurant except for breakfast at the resort my whole visit I would not recommend going to this resort to anyone of my friend. I will never be back again, and I was was not compensated in any way for the fact that the first day I got there was supposed to be at 1 PM. I didn’t get there till 5 PM because of 2 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort when it was supposed to be 21 minutes and then I finally got the resort. Nobody informed me of anything about the hotel got to my room by myself without instructions on how to use the electrical panel that supposedly operated everything in the room so I didn’t know how to put up the shades or open the windows or anything. The outside awning was broken. The inside awning was broken so my secondary resort there was maintenance people in and out of my room all day "
