The GRAND Mayan is located in the exclusive Mayan Riviera on the Caribbean Sea, 35 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, 45 minutes from downtown Cancun, and 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen and the ferry to Cozumel.The Two Bedroom Suite features two bedrooms with two king-size beds or double beds in the one bedroom if available, two bathrooms with one Jacuzzi tub, and a living room with dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, toaster, and blender. It also features a terrace with a private plunge pool and three TVs.

My family and I have taken many vacations at this resort over the last number of years and we have never experienced such a gracious and welcoming staff from a resort! You can relax at the pool, the beach, extensive restaurant offering, or in the comforts of your room. Pool and beach activities are also available via the Joya resort staff. One of our favorite interactions on the resort are the run-ins with the plethora of iguanas and kudamundis (the Mexican raccoon). There are also caged flamingos and crocodile exhibits on property. There is no shortage of things to do whether you have a family or are on a couples getaway.

This is a timeshare resort so I'll need to check availability with the resort for each request received. You can request the whole Two Bedroom suite or the one bedroom for less money.

You can set up your Airport travel with the resort. The resort also has a maid Service which you can pay for when you are there, They will wash your dishes during your stay. They have an on site grocery store but we prefer to go to Walmart to get our items at a cheaper cost. Please let me know if you would like the Maid Service or the Airport travel/ or both before booking.
