Clean rooms, excellent food and never ending cocktails that were delicious. Just be mindful if you have any mobility issues, the resort is extremely large and there are a lot of steps, many of which do not have hand rails. There are shuttles but they are few and far between and can take over 30 minutes to wait at a shuttle stop, assuming there are enough available seats in the one that comes by. If you want to eat at the restaurants, reservations were a challenge and very frustrating because restaurants that were “fully booked” were empty when when you walked by them and when you speak with the hostess, they would not seat you even when people were more than 20 minutes late for their reservation time. They all claimed they had to hold the spot in case the party that reserved ever showed up. I’ve been to many other resorts and they generally have a 10 or 15 minute rule and you lose your spot if you’re not in time. The buffets are great but it would have been nice to try more restaurants while we were there.

Beautiful resort! Very clean, good food, great themed restaurants. Has sandy beach areas as well as snorkeling areas. Great service! Only negative is that the atm fees (Only give out US$) are super high, they don’t exchange Can$ (even though half the guests are Canadian), and they give a very poor return on US$. Get pesos elsewhere and enjoy a great resort👍

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it did not disappoint! We went into the week knowing it would be good to be away but this resort exceeded our expectations. 1. The resort has been recently reno’d and it showed. The restaurants, lobby spaces, washrooms were modern, beautiful and comfortable. The pool spaces, lazy river and beach are amazingly well up-kept which was great. 2. We were only able to book 4 a La cartes which was a little disappointing but the ones we did had amazing food (Peublito Lindo/Oishi/Butchers and the beach lunches). The buffet has so many options. 3. Our rooms were very spacious, well stocked, comfortable, aesthetically gorgeous and centrally located. The only thing was our room didn’t have a bracelet key - but some of the reno’d rooms have so it’s coming. 4. The ocean/beach were perfect. Some areas had a coral reef but snorkeling was great so many fish, sting rays, and squid were fun to see. Snorkeling was 10 outta 10. The only thing was that our 10 year old was too young for the teen zone/too old for the kids club (under reno but finishing as we were leaving). He had a fantastic time with the food, ocean, evening themed shows (very corny but so much fun!) lazy river, inflatable pool slides and foam party but the kid zone is very small/geared to babies/young kids. Overall it was a great resort, friendly staff and we liked that there wasn’t a ton of up sell or added expense on resort (there was some but minor).

My stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was overall okay. The property is large and has nice scenery, and the staff was generally polite. Some parts of the experience were good, but others could use improvement. The food and drinks were average, and a few services took longer than expected. The room was comfortable, but certain amenities felt a bit outdated. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it also didn’t stand out compared to other resorts I’ve visited.

The staff are amazing and so friendly. I have never had the concierges be so helpful. They show up to make sure you made it to your dinners. They do all your reservation for you. They see you out when leaving at the end of your trup. Eduardo from building 16 17 was amazing. And Migual as well at building 16 17. The workers driving the carts are funny and keep you laughing even when not on a ride and they are just passing bye. My room was very clean and the maids did a great job each day. The only think I can complain about was my pillow shape. Lol. Edgar is an amazing Manager. He was so helpful to my whole family. Checked on us at dinners and made sure I had a great birthday dinner. Emily at the pool was fun and kept us all having fun. I wish they did a little more activities in the pool. The beach party was so much fun. We danced until 1am. Lots of animals at this resort.little baby monkeys. Lots of fish to see in the bay. Snorkling. Food is great at all buffets and the beach BBQ was amazing. You are able to visit all the restaurants and as many times as you want.

My stay was amazing. The staff is great and very caring. Who ever trains your staff in hospitality should get a raise. so many staff to mention. Migal at block 16 17. EDUARDO guest servises. I have never had someone come visit me at every meal and to say goodbye. EDGAR did all that. Everyday he took care of my family. Emily at the pool. She was so sweet and fun. The rooms were amazing and clean. Pillow a little to small for me. Great job by everyone. All the cart drivers. The cooks and waiters.

I would say this place was very pretty and very nice to relax. We arrived on Friday and there was a pool party that was going on. It was a stark contrast to the place we had come from. the property was very pretty with the lobby, pools and the trails being at the top of my list. I will say the entertainment was kinda annoying. it seemed everywhere we went they we doing movie trivia. It would have been nice to sit in the lobby and listen to the rain. over all the buffet was very good. the other food on the property was so,so. I would say the peruvian restaurant was my Fav. I drove a car and every time i left it seemed to confuse the staff. My friend had to check out early and could not stay the required 3 night. the staff seemed very concerned about this but not concerned enough to compensate him for his paying for a night he did not use. kinda disapointing.

The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional team who went above and beyond in every way. We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange dinner reservations for every night we were there. They even helped squeeze us in when we were late to making reservations. Erik from guest services was very attentive and made sure to check in with us almost every day of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the bathrobes. The resort is well laid out and very clean. They've done renovations to the main buffet which look great and make it feel more cozy. The pools are a great temperature. There's lots of greenery and wildlife around which makes it feel like you're staying in the jungle. All the food we had was excellent including from the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. The Mexican food especially was very good.

This was an amazing resort by far the best experience we have had in Mexico. From Isaac our concierge greeting us every day to Eduardo checking in with us to make sure everything is going good to Omar with food services we always made sure to sit in his section at the buffet since he was amazing at his job to Cecilio taking us on a bike tour and teaching archery to Ricardo and our Mexican Harry Potter at the mixology bar. This resort has everything and more the rooms were clean and they had the grounds crew cleaning the property everyday. We will definitely be returning to this resort

It is a massive property that feels like you are also experiencing the jungles/beaches of Mexico. It has a really cool vibe to it. The staff were also really friendly and funny!
