For Hotel Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, the main objective is the total satisfaction of our guests and in their comments, and unfortunately, we can appreciate that this objective was not achieved. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience you suffered during your stay, and I am very sorry that we have not been able to exceed your expectations. All your comments are valuable to detect our areas of opportunity. In reference to the comments with the car service to move within the complex, I would like to tell you about the operation of the same; we have a car for the transportation of guests to your room in the check-in process, and at the end of your stay, at check-out for the collection of luggage to the reception. Similarly, it is important to emphasize that we have transportation within the complex, where the end of the route is to the Spa; the collection time is every 20 minutes for the complex; the transportation of that car is Hotel-Spa, Spa-Hotel passing through common areas and makes the tours as well mentioned, every 20 minutes. We hope that despite of this situation you afford us the opportunity to serve you again and demonstrate you how wonderful a stay at the Grand Sirenis can truly be.
