I didn't like the limited food at buffet. Seems like everyday was the same thing. And also the restaurants that needed reservations also had the Same food the buffet had nothing different just a different twist to the same food..

Regarding the gastronomic offer, I would like to mention that we have 8 a la carte theme restaurants with a different menu in each one and also a main buffet and snack restaurants.. I consider that we have a big variety of food but of course I will send your comments to our executive chef in order to improve that service. Finally, I hope that the good moments lived in the hotel can be stronger than the bad ones, and have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in a future vacations in company of your loved ones. Just average! The food was disappointing. The restaurants are nothing special. Honestly the only good think was the excursion we took outside of the resort and we had to pay extra for it. The launch chairs are very old and dirty and not enough for everyone. Overall disappointed!!!

We stayed at the hotel during the first week of April. It was overall ok experience, however I want to point out a few things for the readers consideration. When we were checking in, a person at the counter said that we still have to pay the eco tax, which was expected. He called the amount in peso and I asked him to convert it in to US dollars. He called the amount, we paid it in dollars. Later we found out he overcharged us $3.00. Not critical amount, nevertheless, it left unpleasant residue. Our first experience with the buffet in the main lobby started with me noticing a cockroach crawling along the food station. I reported it to a person who looked like a kitchen manager. He appeared to get concern about it. Hopefully they did address it properly. Forgetting this experience, the food at the buffet was consistently good all the times. We got a chance to eat at the Steak House restaurant one night, the food was disgusting. I could not finish my plate; we had left not even ordering a desert and went to the main lobby buffet. We had a leak in the bathroom. No one showed up the same day even though the concierge assured us that the maintenance would be there immediately. Next day, with the help of the concierge, we hunted down the maintenance people and they said they came the day before but there was the “No Disturb” sign on the door. There was no sign on the door that day. The beach needs more attention. There was an empty pizza box lying on the beach for 3 days before
