Hotel advertises 5 star but the service and amenities received were extremely inconsistent. We were informed that we will have a $600 credit as part of our booking. We charged several items to our room including SPA services. Unfortunately, at checkout is when they want to tell us that it is not a credit, but that we should have been provided a coupon book that is equal to $600 in savings? That is very different than what is advertised as part of the Silver VIP Benefit and we feel cheated. Service was inconsistent, some staff members were exceptional including Butler Gabriel, he provided great service. Some were NOT which included the other Butler Alexis. All food reservations were booked up quickly and we were left with no reservation or needed to eat either really early or really late. Helios restaurant the dinner took an hr and 40 minutes to come out! and when it did it was cold. Room service arrived cold and missed items. The BBQ food by the inifiti pool is horrible please elevate, however the food by the private beach was much better. Room was nice but TV did not work when we checked in, AC also did not work, and eventually the sink was clogged. Room felt very muggy and often time sheets felt wet because of it. We did not report he sink because we did not feel like being bothered at this point. We were excited for the Rocas Pool, to find out it was seaweed infested and did not look sanitary to swim in. I did not see anyone in there the entire time. We will not return
