An Amazing and Truly Pleasant Stay at TRS Yucatán Our stay at the TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the most pleasant vacations we have ever had. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The Expedia representative Fernanda García Pichardo who helped us with the booking did a wonderful job making the entire process smooth and easy, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time at this incredible resort. Thanks to her incredible efforts, we truly experienced the stay of a lifetime. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and beautifully organized—from the booking to our arrival and throughout our stay. The TRS Yucatán is an amazing property, and she made sure we were able to enjoy it to the fullest without worrying about a single thing. The hotel itself is outstanding. The food was excellent with so many delicious options, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. The service throughout the resort was truly unbelievable—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The beach was absolutely beautiful: clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The overall atmosphere of the resort was luxurious yet comfortable, making it easy to unwind and feel completely taken care of. Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward. The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to leave the resort. Every staff interaction was warm and welcoming—we honestly felt like celebrities. The spa was incredible and worth every penny. We planned one visit and ended up booking a second. Drinks were well crafted and served in glassware, which we appreciated. The CHIC show exceeded expectations with a unique seven-course meal and amazing performers. We can’t wait to return!

This was our 3rd time back in Mexico and the TRS resort was by far our favorite and most beautiful experience. The resort itself was excellent with lots of different activities to pick from( so that if you’re staying for a long time you will always find something to do. We stayed for 5 days and took advantage of the Archery with Alessandra, Shooting range, many swimming pools, water sports, spa, and other activities such as basketball, tennis, and even Mini Golf ! The staff was a 10/10, our main Butler was Gustavo and he was incredible! We definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a healthy balance of relaxation and light activities. 100% we will come back to this resort!

The staff was great. Some of the best hospitality. The villa managers Naomi and Carlos took care of everything we needed. The resort looked great with the pool looking clean and the beach was great. The staff kept the kids from the other resorts out of the designated TRS beach area so the adults can relax without watching for kids.

Belén and Christian went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They are the kind of people who turn a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and passion for what they do are rare and deserve special recognition. Alex was also wonderful and consistently helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and contributing to the overall feeling of comfort and ease throughout my stay. As for TRS Yucatán, this resort is the definition of luxury done right. The property is stunning, the food is excellent, the service is seamless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. It was our first time at a TRS and we loved it! The food was excellent, the people go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the property was HUGE! We went to multiple pools throughout the day and all of them had a different vibe! We enjoyed being able to visit the connecting resorts as well and saw lots of Coatis and Iguanas!

Honestly really hard to be specific but everything from when we arrived to when we left was amazing. Staff treated us like royalty. Very informative and always willing to help. Highly recommend TRS to everybody!!

We booked 5 nights during September. It was our first time at this resort and we definitely give it five stars. It was exactly what we love. Great service. Delicious food. Amazing drinks. We personally don’t need a party scene. We need relaxation with some light entertainment. Options to pool activities were available but it wasn’t disruptive to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort is part of a “campus” as we like to call it so the added bonus is being able to access all other facilities. For those who enjoy morning walks/runs, this place was excellent for it. A few shoutouts for those who provided top notch service. Kelly was our receptionist & we greatly appreciated how helpful she was. No annoying upselling of any services. She reviewed all available options and allowed us to accept/decline without being aggressively persistent. We had great conversation with her and it really set the tone on the start of our trip. Ana was our absolute favorite server. We met her and basically followed her schedule to where she would be. Our favorite place for breakfast was Helios and every morning there was the best thanks to Ana. A big thank you to the staff at Helios who made my fiancé’s birthday breakfast extra special! Thank you to Carlos at El Gaucho who made our special dinner delightful. This was our first time experiencing a special detail on behalf of Expedia! We had a nicely decorated dinner table with a thank you card. Estefani, Jesus, Jose & Luis by infinity pool 10/10 service!

We had roaches in our room, the food was terrible and the buffet at every resort was basic. Minimal options. The pool is very boring. Hardly any entertainment the entertainment team comes out for a quick 30 min pool workout then they take the speaker and leave. The tequila tasting and sushi making extremely boring. I am shocked this place gets such rave reviews. We did the spa and it was so unorganized. I was disappointed at every turn. There was a wait for every restaurant even at breakfast. Why do ppl come here??

From our check in (and check out) with Mich, to our daily lunches with Lourdes & Cesar at Helios, our thoughtful greetings from hostesses Miriam, Gabriela, Ashley, and Diego, to the exquisite service at the pool by Luis, and our gracious butler Alexis, to the breathtaking performances at Chic Cabaret… words can never convey how amazing the experience at TRS is! This is our third time celebrating our anniversary at TRS, and the only regret is not staying longer. We appreciate every ounce of attention provided, and joy spread every time we come. We adore the people here and the immaculate experiences they provide to guests - we can’t wait return and really hope to bring friends next time to share what feels like a hidden gem in a wonderful country!

The rooms were amazing, staff was so helpful and welcoming. There is so much to do and see at the resort. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back for sure !!
