Can’t say enough kind things about this wonderful place. The staff was AMAZING and the resort is beautiful. We enjoyed our dining options and had plenty of fun things to do. The shuttle provided to/from the airport through Lomas hospitality was excellent. Our drivers were so pleasant. We appreciated that the hotel didn’t try to push a timeshare or excursions on us and let us enjoy our vacation. The pools were so clean and the swim area at the beach was so well maintained. We cannot wait to go back and want to bring all of our friends and family! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

3 resorts into one so there was plenty to see and options to dine only issue is room service does not include cocktails and they have shuttle to get around different parts of the property but if you have mobility issue you are doomed to view the rest and the shuttle stops at 10:30 at night but other than that I loved our stay.

We really enjoyed the layout of the property and how well kept it was. The nature aspect with all the palm trees and plants along the paths and gathering areas gave you that nature feeling. All the staff were very polite, professional, and eager to help if you needed anything.

This resort was such a vibe. Enjoyed the beautiful resort, staff was very welcoming and scenery was amazing. I loved the room and the amenities but the food options wasn't that great would have loved to see more of international food options. Would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends.

My husband and I brought our adult children here for a fun getaway. The rooms were amazing and massive. We stayed at the seaside suites and there was always some sort of fun activities going on down at the pool. The beach is not as nice as the one over at the palms, quite a bit smaller and very rocky. But the palms is just a golf cart right away or a short walk. The drinks were amazing. Food was amazing! My daughter was a little bummed that she couldn’t just grab things from a buffet all day and take things to the beach to eat . The food was much more upscale than the past all inclusives that we’ve been to. The Italian restaurant was amazing. The Mexican restaurant near the beach was amazing. We weren’t able to get into the Asian restaurant and that was disappointing but that’s OK. Make sure you bring a collared shirt and don’t be like my husband who only packed basketball jerseys and shorts. Ha! Hope we can come back someday.

Overall, this property is beautiful with lots of palm trees. I love the hammocks and swings all over the resort. The only disappointment was that on Friday nights they don’t have much food to offer to the guests. Restaurants were fully booked and there was no buffets on Fridays. I will still go back to this resort.

Dining options were horrible. Every place we went to ran out of food. Choices were minimal at best. Only 2 restaurants took reservations. All others were first come firts serve. So if you were out of luck on the first one you would have to go to all the other ones just to find they are fully booked. Also dont let the swim out suites fool you. These are old and falling apart. The pool tiles are missing everywhere and as soon as the lights come on at night you can see the rust everywhere. This property is in need of a major renovation. DONT STAY HERE. There are better places to stay.

We found the overall grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was both very friendly and helpful and some very rude and not helpful at all. We were told that we could not book any reservation's for dinner till 2days after we arrived and then it was all full. The layout was confusing and poorly planned with a nudists section cutting the beach and resort in half. And we continued to be harassed by swingers and found the other guests to be disrespectful. We would recommend ElDorado Royal before the Seaside or Palms.

Had a great time at this resort! Next time, we will stay on the Palms side, though. The Seaside Suites side was a bit loud during the day, with a room over the swim up bar. The Palms side appeared to be a little quieter. But, since you have use of the whole complex, the amenities are the same on both sides. Great week-long vacation. They provide everything you need, including access to outside excursions. Will definitely go again!

True All Inclusive Paradise
It was nicer that what we expected. Mom & Pop owned resort which excellent food & service. All the employees were amazingly helpful & friendly. Large resort with room to explore. Beautiful beach and Cenote Azul 3 miles away. Rented a car at airport and drove to Tulum ruins. So beautiful.

Loved the beautiful grounds and the friendly, helpful staff. Promised Martin in the Driftwood a shout-out. Hey Martin! Really appreciate your service! Food is plentiful, great tasting, wide variety with many local choices. Gourmet might be a stretch but value is certainly there.

The Beach Cabanas at this property are great, and you don’t have to get up early in the morning to reserve these types of things like other places. Nice walk in beach access as well.
