We absolutely loved everything about the property! Family Selection was worth the upgrade as we had access to all the Palladium properties. We also had a butler to help us with anything needed in the room, answer questions and help with reservations. The only negative would be the beach that was overwhelmed with seaweed, making the beach unusable. It’s apparently a big problem from April-July or August, then starts to lighten up.
