Maxal Mexican Buffet restaurant and its manager is terrible in service. $8 USD for a fresh coconut. The staff and manager thinks like offering a free service.

The pool area was beautiful and clean. The staff super welcoming and attentive. Loved the idea of two separate pools for family and adults only. I would come back again for another stay. I would also recommend to family and friends.

Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food, drinks, service, and entertainment were all top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The dining options were outstanding — the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and buffet all served delicious meals, and the outside grill had the best fish and shrimp tacos we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and spacious, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Shout out to our favorite bartender, Baldemar, by the pool.

Went for a solo trip for my birthday and the staff made it perfect! Lots of fun surprises! Very clean, very beautiful, very peaceful Tip: Skip the room service breakfast and go to the buffet, way more options that are fresh and yummy!
