Great for kids

We really enjoyed our stay. Walks to and from the room to food and pools weren't ideal as we had two little kids, but overall the experience was great. The kids pools and activities were great, and even though our son was too young to participate in most of the activities, he liked watching the bigger kids when they performed. Food was decent, beverage service was good, albeit small glasses. Staff was incredibly nice and accomodating.

We love everything about the resort. Especially at the Var Kiosk by the pool. Jose Guadalupe was so nice. His service is exceptional! Some names to mention as well for excellent service are: Sonia, Samuel, Ricardo (from the buffet in the morning), Alan at the Bar inside with the game machines, & Hector at the privileged desk. That is only couple of names that I remembered. But a lot of the staff is so nice and helpful. We really loved our stay there and hope to be back soon!

close to golf course, buffet options were amazing. family suite with two bathrooms great. fit 5 ppl no problem. tennis pro, Daniel, was great. snorkeling was suprisingly good. volleyball net was packed. could use another one. dinner reservations were always full but heard restaurants had empty tables. guess people abused that. buffet had so many options we didnt mind too much. we stayed 4 nights with 3 teens. the kid bed may not fit our youngest next year though so may have bring an air matress. they didnt seem to have another option. 4 person fishing excursion 2 hrs in rough conditions landed us a barracuda and small mahi mahi. guys doing that were nice.
