Loved our experience here.. just becareful of gifts. They told us theyd give us a free couples massage for our anniversary.. only to find out when we went to book we'd have to sit through a 90 minute sales pitch.

The bar in the room didn't have liquor, just beer, soft drinks, and water. My bed spread had stains on it upon my arrival. It took 3 different spreads to finally get a clean one. The phone in my room also did not work, but someone came to fix it the next day. Housekeeping threw away my toothbrush that was in a travel case and a new tube of scar removal cream. They also forgot to clean my room on one of the days I was there. The rooms at Seaside Palms are very outdated and need a major upgrade. The couches and chairs in the room had stains on them. The people at the front desk weren't the friendliest either.

Staff was amazing. The phone in the room stopped working so no way to ordere room service or get in touch with front desk. House cleaning too the robe after day one and never brought a new one even after requesting a new one.

The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.

The property is probably one of the nicest we have been to in to Mexico as far as grounds. But sadly that is all that was good about the resort. The food gets a 1 out of 5 and the bartenders get a 1 out of 5.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms, the resort is gorgeous and the beach is really nice, the rooms were very clean and the staff was great. The food was just Okay, I was hoping for more entertainment at night especially with it being an adults only. I would recommend more music at the bars to get the party going. We would visit again.

The room was great. The hot tub in the room fantastic. Cleaned spotless every morning. Food was great. Pools, bars, amd beaches are excellent. Was always a funny smell outside our building. Should have been told to make reservations to the prime restaurants when you 1st get there, or else no availability. We got stuck wasting 10 minutes when we 1st get there by salesman to go to a 2hr Vacation club meeting. All in all I would still go back after learning from mistakes.
