My husband and I stayed at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we would highly recommend! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, our butler team was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, and the resort was clean and calm. We really enjoyed having access to so many different restaurants - it never felt like we were stuck eating the same thing as it sometimes can at all inclusives. We were very happy with our stay and would like to go back to this resort!

The staff was great! It was relaxing, but would be better if pools were open past 6pm as there isn't a lot to do on adult side at night. Also, the rest of the food was good, but room service food was not great.

The stuff was very polite and attentive from the butler to the drivers that drive you around the property. Although you have to wait on a ride around the property the wait wasn't very long. The Food was good and they kept the drinks coming. Did get to enjoy the beach much because of the seaweeds but they have plenty of pools you will enjoy.
