"The property itself was well maintained and visually very nice. However, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing, especially as a family with a toddler. There were very limited activities for families beyond spending time at the pools, so the resort felt lacking in options for young children. The telecom/operator service was also difficult to reach, as calls were rarely answered. We were also unable to enjoy the private beach during our stay due to a significant amount of seaweed. In addition, we had informed the resort that we were visiting to celebrate our toddler’s birthday, but the birthday arrangement was sent one day early. While we appreciated the gesture, it felt poorly coordinated, and we had expected a more thoughtful effort given the occasion. Overall, the property is well kept, but the service and family-focused experience did not fully meet our expectations."

"The staff was lazy. Don’t waste your money on platinum you will have to walk about 10 min to get to the lobby because the golf carts are either not passing or they just left your stop and it will take them 15 min to come back. Also the price for better rooms is not as it looks. The drink are just juices and when you ask for double on a margarita or any cocktail they give you a face. If you are going in a big group (6 or more) don’t do this resort. The service is bad, not everyone is bad but a great majority of the staff doesn’t want to work."

"This place was so good. We have been to many all inclusives and this was the best overall. The staff was so helpful and friendly (especially Gilberth at the Preferred Club Beach). Food was great and there were almost too many choices to choose from. Entertainment was also excellent, especially at night where most places have only 1, or none, to choose from, this place had several. There were also activities all day long. Our room was top notch and recently renovated which was a plus, especially since some resorts can feel a bit tired and worn. We would definitely return to this resort in the future."

"Great experience in this hotel, Staff was great they definitely make the difference, restaurants in the property have tasty food and availability is a plus you will be able to find food at any time of the day and the staff there is great 10/10. Location of the property is great if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks, Very family friendly. The property don't have a beach but a small "Caleta" that is perfect with close bar and buffet restaurant you will be able to drink, swim and eat in the same area"
