"Beautiful hotel on the beach. Romantic stay"
This hotel and it's staff are incredible. From the moment we checked in to departure, they were available to our every need. The staff gave excellent service. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The food was delicious, healthy and great presentation. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. Great location to the beach and shops.

"Nice hotel, with all facilities and entertainment"
The accommodations were excellent. The only point to remark is about the non smoking rule. Our room was next to one , from which the smoke filtered trough the door, . We should have called the reception area, .. If you correct this problem, we should surely return.

"Excellent family resort"
Beautiful Resort on reef. Great place for divers and snorkelers. A manmade sandy beach with easy access to ocean. Resort is not on the water, but a short walk across road or through a beautiful underground tunnel comes out at resturant and beach with palm trees and new lounge furniture. All inclusive buffett was great. Breakfast was excellent. plenty of fresh fruit and many choices. Two options for lunch by the pool or by the beach. Dinner dining was great as well, pasta station was amazing. This was our second time here and they have had many upgrades! The staff was always polite and very helpful. Its's about a 10 minute ride from the airport (cost about $8:00 each usd via collective shuttle) Resort is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to shopping in town or $5:00 usd cab ride.

"Wonderful, BUT...."
Went for our honeymoon, booked through travelocity. Requested a King bed, when we arrived they only had us in a 2 full bedroom & said that's only a request because we they didn't know we were honeymooners. The lady at the front was very kind but we had to upgrade for another $70 per night. Was worth the room upgrade because they treated us like royalty the rest of the trip!!

"Wonderful Honeymoon Stay"
We stayed at Catalonia Royal Tulum as a relatively cheap all-inclusive honeymoon option. The hotel was phenomenal. I've been to several beaches in the United States, South America, and Mexico, and this is probably the prettiest of them all. Words simply cannot do it justice. As for the resort, this is the nicest place I've ever stayed. The place is relatively small, which allows its patrons easy access to beach chairs at all times of the day, restaurants that don't require reservations, and a fairly quiet and peaceful grounds. The food was terrific in all respects and there are several restaurants that should please all. The best recommendation I can give is to upgrade to a Privileged room. Even if you are on your honeymoon, I would go with the Privileged Deluxe sweet, as they are very modern looking and spacious. The honeymoon sweet was nice, but I'd have rather gone with Privileged Deluxe even on direct comparison, let alone the lower price. The main reason you upgrade is to get access to the B-Loved Restaurant and the private beach. Both items are absolutely necessary, and I could never go back. Finally, one of the bartenders there, Josue, is by far the best bartender I've encountered in any resort. He worked at the B-Loved Restaurant the first few nights of our stay, and he absolutely made our stay perfect. It was an absolute shame to see him switched to one of the buffet bars. Anyways, ask for him personally if you get the opportunity. You won't regret it.

We booked sight unseen. We didn't do the "all-inclusive" and were okay with that. We still did some activities for free and charged meals to the room. The swimming opportunities were very convenient and excellent for fish viewing.

    Cozumel All Inclusive Hotel Guide

You plunge into the water and arrive in a different world. Like Alice stepping through the looking glass, you find yourself immersed in a fantastical realm that’s home to creatures you never imagined existed. Schools of psychedelic fish celebrate your arrival by swarming around you, while groupers, nurse sharks and moray eels peer at you from a distance. Blanketing the seafloor beneath them all, a brilliant coral reef bursts with colors you don’t recognize from any box of crayons. To deepen your appreciation for the porous structures, you let gravity and the weight of your breathing apparatus bring you closer to the living rocks. And that’s when you see it, drifting slowly on the seabed, snacking on some greenery sprouting from the sand. Known by locals as a caguama, the loggerhead turtle is known to nest in the area for a few months each year, and that’s why you picked this as the time to visit. Watching the shelled reptile in its natural habitat, you know in your heart that this is the adventure you’ve been waiting for. Dating back to the dawn of the common era, the pyramid, temples, and citadel of this lost civilization is are spectacles to behold.

Wondering where to book excursions in Cozumel?
