"Diving hotel close to the beach."
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 11 years, and we love staying there! The staff has become like a family to us. It is not a fancy, 5 star hotel, but it has very comfortable, attractive rooms, and the staff is wonderful!

"The Finest Hotel Room On Cozumel Island"
We just got back from a six night stay, and it was great, just as our previous stays at the hotel were. It is not "Inclusive With Meals," so we can eat when and where we want, and not pay for meals that we do not want. Lots of good restaurants downtown. In addition to the home-made guacamole, the hotel's fresh caught grilled grouper with dill sauce and grilled shrimp with garlic butter are gourmet quality. For more space and comfort, I recommend the one-bedroom suite, which includes a separate living room and a kitchen area. The suites can be expanded to add two or three bedrooms to accommodate a large family. Very friendly staff. Pool, beach, snorkel access, and a pleasant walk to downtown

We have been to Cozumel several times. This is the second time we have stayed at the Palace. Can't say enough about this hotel. Quite a few of the same staff is there from 5yrs ago when we were there. Some of them actually remembered us! Going above and beyond is there daily routine.

"Excellent family resort"
Beautiful Resort on reef. Great place for divers and snorkelers. A manmade sandy beach with easy access to ocean. Resort is not on the water, but a short walk across road or through a beautiful underground tunnel comes out at resturant and beach with palm trees and new lounge furniture. All inclusive buffett was great. Breakfast was excellent. plenty of fresh fruit and many choices. Two options for lunch by the pool or by the beach. Dinner dining was great as well, pasta station was amazing. This was our second time here and they have had many upgrades! The staff was always polite and very helpful. Its's about a 10 minute ride from the airport (cost about $8:00 each usd via collective shuttle) Resort is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to shopping in town or $5:00 usd cab ride.

I stayed here for four days for the Ironman event and found it very good. They accommodated the needs of the athletes and were very helpful in a non invasive manner. I did not take the all inclusive option but ate most of my meals there anyway. The food was good and plentiful. Rooms were simple and clean. My room did not have a fridge but I think the option exists if requested.

"Nice family vacation"
We stayed 12/31/15-1/7/16. Room 203. Big room with nice view. When we got to the room we only had two towels for four people. We asked for more towels and got them within five minutes. The room was clean. the beds are hard. The food was ok. Fernando and all the staff are friendly and hard workers. They all work hard to make your stay enjoyable. If you are a snob and looking for a new super fancy resort go someplace else. If you want a safe secure place with a nice place to snorkel and swim and relax this may be the place for you.

    Cozumel All Inclusive Hotel Guide

You plunge into the water and arrive in a different world. Like Alice stepping through the looking glass, you find yourself immersed in a fantastical realm that’s home to creatures you never imagined existed. Schools of psychedelic fish celebrate your arrival by swarming around you, while groupers, nurse sharks and moray eels peer at you from a distance. Blanketing the seafloor beneath them all, a brilliant coral reef bursts with colors you don’t recognize from any box of crayons. To deepen your appreciation for the porous structures, you let gravity and the weight of your breathing apparatus bring you closer to the living rocks. And that’s when you see it, drifting slowly on the seabed, snacking on some greenery sprouting from the sand. Known by locals as a caguama, the loggerhead turtle is known to nest in the area for a few months each year, and that’s why you picked this as the time to visit. Watching the shelled reptile in its natural habitat, you know in your heart that this is the adventure you’ve been waiting for. San Gervasio on the island of Cozumel is one of the region’s top spots for history buffs or anyone intrigued by the mysteries of the ancient Mayan civilization that lived here long ago. But the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba Mayan, and Chichen Itza on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula are the biggest draw, and once you’ve experienced them up close, it’s easy to see why so many visitors flock here. Dating back to the dawn of the common era, the pyramid, temples, and citadel of this lost civilization is are spectacles to behold.

Wondering where to book excursions in Cozumel?

At any given time, there are at least half a dozen businesses in Cozumel offering excursions to the hottest attractions in this Mexican paradise.
