Love the new Level service! Truly a treat. Really enjoyed the new mexican restaurant for dinner. Food was exceptional there. Staff is always wonderful and we are always treated well. Only downside is the equipment in the gym. Also our closet was very small but not a big deal.

Overall the experience was great and I would not hesitate to stay there again only negative comment would be more information available about amenities and the times things are available website/ app didn’t give much, if any information. also it’s ridiculous that you have to make reservations at the restaurants two days in advance. On the one night we were able to get in to the restaurant it was only half full during our meal.

I stayed in the level and had a great experience with help before and during the trip. I worked with Manuel who was amazing. Very rare to find that kind of service these days. He helped with everything from upgrades, dining reservations, excursions, etc. Really top notch.

We liked being on the beach and having several palapas and shade available. The breakfast and lunch buffets seemed to have more choices that we preferred than the dinner buffet.

Staff was amazing. Did not like having waiters by the pool. Had to level up for certain amenities. Food was good in restaurants. Lunch snack bar not good.

Property was small enough to make it convenient for walking around. The food was great. They only had 2 restaraunts and 1 buffet, but the buffet prepaired a different type of food every day, so you never got board with the same stuff. The staff was excellent. Fun, activities every day. We had a group of 10, and every one of them said they had a great time and would go back again.

Staff was excellent bathrooms very small. Very clean. But we had some kind of bug or mosquito that would bite us while we slept. All in all was a great stay
