Every experience has been special and delightful. Everyone ,from employees to other guests, you encounter has a smile and hello. The rooms are comfy and kept regular clean. The beach is beautifully crystal clear and also kept clean. Food and drinks are great and always served with a smile. All services are excellent and the grounds kept clean and beautiful. It’s calm, peaceful and beautiful what more could you want if you’re looking to relax.

The following is a list of issues I had during my stay. I was given a room with one bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. Also, in this first room, the ceiling was all spotted with brown stuff and the drippings landed on the bedspread. When I mentioned that we were given the wrong room they tried to accommodate by giving me a twin size bed for the night. The next morning they made us remove our belongings which were not secured. I had to continue checking with the staff about the availability of the other room. Meanwhile my 87 year father and I didn't have a room to go back to rest during the day and had to carry a lot of our stuff with us. This was very frustrating. I felt horrible for my father who needed a cool place to relax. We didn't get the room until about 4 p m and only because I kept checking with staff and insisting. Another concern was that the room was very slippery because of condensation. I was very nervous that my father might slip and fall. Other concerns: hey do not provide washcloths. We had a very difficult time trying to reserve dinner at different restaurants.They were supposedly full when we reserved but when we arrived they were not even halfway full. Couldn't order Tbone steak because their "saw" was broken? They ran out of "towel" cards? We came during the Iron man competition so I understand there was a lot of confusion but they definitely needed more staff.The staff that was doing registration was also handling minor questions. We really enjoyed our stay at Allegro! The staff was fantastic and so kind! Arbey Aguilar and Diego and Diego really made the activities fun, we enjoyed to new games everyday. From Volleyball (beach and pool) to bingo. It was fun and enjoyable. It was also great to speak with Arbey for a minute and get to know him while things were a little slow. We also enjoyed a couples massage Yucelmi and Alejandra. They worked so hard to make our experience relaxing and therapeutic. We also visited Sophia in the fish spa! That was a new experience for us. And she was so sweet and fun to talk to.

It was me and my husband first time in Mexico and it was amazing staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had ac and ceiling fan. The entertainment was exciting, the drinks were fantastic! And the food was plentiful. Pools for days, bars for days and had it own private beach. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Me explicó todo con claridad y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarme con mis dudas durante mi estancia. Su excelente actitud y disposición realmente hicieron la diferencia y me hicieron sentir muy bien recibido. ¡Gracias Ian por tu gran servicio! Mi estancia en el Hotel Allegro Cozumel fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa, desde la recepción hasta el área de restaurantes. El servicio de limpieza fue impecable, siempre mantuvieron la habitación ordenada y fresca. También me encantó la variedad de actividades que ofrece el hotel, hay opciones para todos los gustos y se nota la dedicación del equipo en cada detalle. Place was nice... thats about it! Staff and service was poor. no hand towels, even when i requested. Food was always cold. Receptionist and bartenders just stood there while you waited on service, not acknowledging you.
