"1. Stuff was ok friendly if you tip them ahead of time - on your fists day. 2. Rooms were old- smelled like mold, bathrooms were outdated. 3. Outdoor poll super busy with drunk people and old sun beds- cups for drinks are from1950ts - sticked like plastic. 4. Same food at the buffey every day 5. no possibility to make it to the restaurants except 5;15pm plus anyway the food was served cold- after experience the stuff was asking for extra tips and 5 star rteviews 6. schedules check in at 5pm- got the room at 7pm "

"I always my reservation with expedia (VIP). I called Expedia amd asked to add another person to one of the rooms, so the expedia representative put me on a 3 way call and talked to the Hotel direct. So They sent me an email stating that I have to pay $1098, &349 for taxes which was charged on the 14th of February and $749 at the property when I check in. So at check they refused to approve the transaction and stayed 2 hours back and forth, showed the email, logged into my bank showed the down payment. We were a group of 13 people that I held their check in. So the front desk manager told me pay $1299 to add the person to a room that is paid for &2500 originaly is way too much money, over 50% for 1 person added to two youngsters and one 13 year old, and she will look into it and investigate it, and will apply the refunds later. When I looked on the second she was not there, on the third day she told me we cannot find the personally person that arranged for this. The wierd part is that they had the name and information of the additional person at check in. I assume they are thieves and opportunists. All I can do now is contest the charges with my Credit Card, and let them reaolve that way with the entity that sent the email. I do not have that mich time for their crap. So I ended up paying $1650 os ridiculous. "

"We stayed in a king mini suite overlooking the entrance with a view of the sea and sunrise to the right. Very spacious room and super comfy bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied but I recommend taking your own. Mini bar stocked daily with water, sodas and beer. Hairdryer and iron in the room. Staff overall were fantastic and friendly. Daytime entertainment team got everyone going and joining in. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, ended by 9:30ish then the bar was very quiet and emptied quickly. Only one bar open at night, it would have been a bonus if the pool bar stayed open later. Good choice of daytime bars and places to eat including pizzas, ice creams, coffee and cakes and the grab and go area. Highlight was Brasas Grill but all eateries were very good."
