"We stayed in the executive suite with a king-sized bed. Everything was spotless, very kind and accomodating staff (they even let us check in an hour early!), breakfast was good. If you're looking for convenience, the area is walkable to the ADO bus station, several parks and shopping centers, and offers a complementary morning shuttle to Playa Lagarto or the Isla Mujeres ferry port. Free coffee and filtered water stations, too."

"no me permitieron entrar en la habitacion, aunque les presente mis credenciales. La recepcionista me dijo que la reservacion incluye 2 hijos, yo la dije que no van a quedarse con nosotros, van a quedarse con su abuela en otro hotel. En respuesta, la recepcionista me dijo, que no nos puede dar las llaves, tenemos que traer los hijos. la pedi numero de su gerente, me mostro un numero en un anuncio, yo llame este numero, pero la persona colgo la llamda 5 veces. Al final, teniamos que salir de alla y quedarse en un otro hotel. Me gustaria un refund por favor."
