Great location if you plan to use ADO
Hard to believe this was in downtown Cancun because it was so quiet and peaceful once you walk past the gates and inside. Beautiful garden to relax in. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. (Bring your own lock for the locker though.) Great location near Avenida Tulum to take a bus anywhere, including Hotel Zone, and near ADO bus station if you are taking a bus anywhere else in Mexico. I would stay here again.

Whenever we fly or take the bus in or out of Cancun, we stay here. It's clean, interesting, good beds and the people are so nice. The grounds are like our own personal jungle. It's the opposite of a high rise.

Convenient and affordable
Convenient location close to the ADO bus station, a grocery store and many restaurants. The pool on site is small, but well maintained and is a nice oasis in the busy Centro.
