"The food was great. We were very impressed with the steak and the quick service wax great. The chef was great, Kevin. The bartenders in the main lobby were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was that it seem like the water in the pool was not very clean and the sea weed wad a big issue and we were not able to go in the ocean. Overall it was a nice place and would return again."

"Food was so good, above the expectations. Staff are amazing except reception (Mr.Publo) we had a problem for our check in because of Expedia’s fault and we had to book another room there right away and we lost our money which is not the problem here, he treated us like we have no money and refused to helped us amd guide us through the process. His behaviour was not professional at all I hope he’ll learn some manners."

"Biggest plus - staff was super friendly! Rooms were nice but the shower was very outdated, lots of rust in the shower. They use zero premium liquor so don't be surprised if you're hungover. The food was absolutely disgusting. NOTHING was good! We went out to eat the majority of meals due to the quality in food. The beach view is beautiful! This resort allows animals and doesn't have designated areas for animals to use the restroom and no potty bags so there was dog poop randomly everywhere. We will be returning to Mexico 100%....but will never be staying at this resort ever again. Unfortunately, the lack of good food is what over all killed our experience. "
