We always stay at the Riu hotels in Cancun. We were excited to try out the new Riu Ventura. And as always we were very impressed as always. The staff is amazing, the room is very clean and ample space for the 3 of us. Food was delicious. The only thing we would like to see an improvement is on a shaded smoking section and more chairs to sit in while smoking. Other than that we give Riu a 10 . We’ll be visiting again soon I’m sure!

If you are looking for clean and brand new this is the place for you. The towels, sheets and bed were all very nice. This place is super clean. The only down side was the food was just alright. Some of the drink mixers tasted weird.
